Beautiful house and responsive hosts

Very clean place and with nice stuff and a homey feel. The hosts were quick to reply and encouraged communication which I appreciated.

Felt right at home.

Our family was having work done on our house due to damage so we were displaced and we stayed here. We could not have felt more at home. The communication with the host was wonderful, and our boys had plenty of space to play with access to parks in the area. The best part however was the flexibility with our host to extend our stay when we needed and even allowed us to come a night early to drop off some of our things. Hopefully something like this won’t be necessary in the future, but in case it does, it’s nice to know where there is a comfortable place to stay with our family. Thank you so much for our stay!

Why they chose this property

Welcome to Santa Rosa. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This charming home is located in desirable neighborhood. The house has been recently renovated and it is located within 5 minute walk to Rincon Valley Park, a 10 minute walk to Montecito shopping center, which has a burger joint, a taqueria, Oliver's super market, a salon, barber shop, etc. and about three and a half miles from downtown!

I have lived in many Santa Rosa neighborhoods such as Moorland Ave, South Park, JC Area and Rincón Valley.

What makes this property unique

This house has three bedrooms and 1 3/4 full bath. Each room has a queen size bed and four pillows for each bed. All three rooms have ceiling fans.

You have a full kitchen with all basic amenities such as salt and pepper, and coffee. Living room has o couches and an armless chair, Wi-Fi and Flex streaming. The backyard is a decent size.

Other additions are a laundry room with washer and dryer. A sunroom with a out of commission hot tub (for the moment). There is also a backyard.
