We loved our stay! The home was easy to locate, in a great location (close to the grocery, restaurants, and shuttle stops), and it was clean. Parking was easy. Tom was very responsive and answered all of our questions.

Very clean, very cozy, great amenities, wonderful place to have a family getaway! Please update description on VRBO to include two bedrooms and one loft, not three bedrooms plus one loft - that was a little misleading. Otherwise, great family vacation property!
A group of five of us stayed here for a skiing trip to Mammoth. The value is hard to beat and the location (just a few minutes from Eagle lodge) is also great!

Amazing place, great location!
Loved staying here, the condo has plenty of room and has 3 full size bathrooms! The location is perfect, minutes to the slopes, Von's and the Village. The condo was clean and has tons of charm and character. We will definitely stay here again! We loved staying here... GREAT CONDO!!

Excellent Condo, Great Location
My family and I have stayed at the woodlands many times. This condo is well appointed, very clean and close to the main drag in town. I will stay again the next time I make a summer trip to Mammoth.
The condo is an excellent location with easy access to the store and bus stop to the slopes. It is clean and was perfect for our group. The premises are very nice. We had an excellent time. Tom was also very responsive with any questions I had.
The house is clean. Three bathrooms are perfect for my group (6 people). We loved the grill oven and had a very wonderful dinner. Overall, the house is great and we all want to stay here for next time in Mammoth.

Everything was just an expected and more. Having all the sleds in the closet was a big hit for me n my kids and sledding down in the golf course behind was also a big hit. Also the shuttle being across the street from the house was easy access. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed clean and stocked can’t wait to go back again Thanks Tom!

Fun fun fun.
The unit is clean and nice. The kitchen and all the dishes/utensils were also clean. We had a blast.

Very nice place. Nice big living area. We had trouble with the refrigerator and the owner had someone over to fix it the next day. Great responsiveness! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a group
My friends and I had a great time at this condo. We were there over 4th of July weekend and the condos location is close to town and the shuttle stop. The condo comfortable accommodated our group of 6 people. The owner was easy to contact and all needed information was about the complex and condo was sent to me quickly.

We had two families sharing a space for the weekend. The two downstairs rooms offered space and privacy for both sets of adults. The upstairs loft was perfect for all three kids. The large living room area was perfect for us all to hang out in the evenings. Kitchen was well prepped and we had a great time having multiple group meals.

Great location! Communication with host was fantastic. Host was very responsive to our needs. This townhome was very comfortable for my family (wife and 4 kids). Not a lot of space to store non-refridgerator food and couldn't get the barbeque to light, but everything else was great. Lots of kitchenware and dishes to enjoy a home cooked meal with your family. Swimming pool felt great too!
Pictures we accurate and updated. I would probably change the title of the property which mentions “Recently Remodeled” - that would seem a little suspect to me - maybe new carpeting paint and tv - but all the bathrooms bedrooms and kitchen appeared aged with the property. Note that everything was clean and super comfortable for our 7-8 adults and I’d stay here again. Note the community hot tub and sauna area need a good updating and was surprised that the hot tub didn’t open until 4pm can closed at 10pm

Great for families
What a great place to stay to spend a few days with the family in Mammoth. The condo was wonderful. It was spacious and had all the amenities. There wasn't a moment where our kids or us felt bored. The condo had plenty of items to keep us busy when we were indoors. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were nicely maintained. It's close to VONS and less than a few minutes drive to all the restaurants on Old Mammoth Road. Tom was great in providing check-in details. Definitely, a place to stay again when we return to Mammoth.

We had a great weekend stay at this property. The communition was clear leading up to our visit. We found the property clean with everything in good condition. Tom was even kind enough to return my call at night when we had a question. To check out, we just had to put the used towels on the floor, and lock up. Thanks!

The condo was super spacious for our needs and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were close to the ski lifts via shuttle or car and the place was also very cleanly with plenty of parking for guests. The only thing was that our first night in the downstairs bedrooms was quite cold as it took a long time to heat up from the temperature it was left at previously. Otherwise, we had a great stay - would recommend!
