About this property
Beautiful property with Mountain View & privacy. Near trails, eateries & more!
This tastefully decorated 4 BR 3 BA property is located in a private subdivision. This home is perfect for the whole family and sits on over an acre with shade from the pine trees and breathtaking mountain views. Enter into the mudroom, then into the well equipped kitchen you will find solid maple cabinets, tile backsplash, quartz countertops and an Island to seat 4. Floors are porcelain tile and Mahogany hardwood. Open concept living room/dining area has a cool aviation vibe and fireplace to warm you up. From the picture window and back deck is your serene view of mountains and nature conservation land. Down the hall you have 3 BR and 2 full BA including primary BR w/ en suite. Finished basement features a good size BR w/ bunks, full BA & a spacious family room with large TV for movies/video games & 2 standup arcade games, perfect for the kiddos. Backyard has plenty of seating on deck and around fire pit. Quiet private neighborhood, lovely for bike riding & walks. Plenty of off street parking. We respect our neighbors and neighborhood and would appreciate it if all renters do the same. If you are looking to party, this is unfortunately not the property for you.

About the host
Hosted by Jerry Bettencourt

We have been going to NH together for 25 years and still can’t get enough of it. Whether it be vacation, business or just to pass through there isn’t much not to love. The air is clean and there is something about the scenery that makes all your worries go away. And the residents, you cannot ask for nicer people in NH.
