Welcome to Lakefront Living, where luxury meets tranquility for the ultimate lakeside getaway with family or friends. Located in the desirable Mooresville area, this beautifully renovated lakefront home offers incredible views of Lake Norman, upscale amenities, and space to comfortably sleep thirteen guests—plus your furry friend.

As you enter the home, you're greeted by a bright and inviting foyer that opens into a spacious main level with open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for group meals, featuring a large island, gas stove, and plenty of space for your resident chef to create memorable dishes. The elegant dining area includes a large table that seats eight or more, while the breakfast nook offers additional seating for six. After a day on the lake, unwind in the comfortable living room with a sectional, leather chairs, and easy access to the back deck, which includes a dining table and sectional seating overlooking the water.

The main level features three bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed facing the lake, a TV, and a luxurious en suite bathroom. One of the two queen bedrooms also has a private bathroom, while the other shares access to the hallway bath. Upstairs, guests will find another king bedroom suite complete with a reading nook, as well as a spacious kids' suite that includes two queen beds, a twin bed, and a private bathroom—perfect for sleepovers or larger family accommodations.

No matter the weather, entertainment is guaranteed. The converted garage serves as a fully-equipped game room with foosball, air hockey, ping pong, a putting area, and a cozy TV lounge. Outdoors, you'll find a variety of amenities to suit every guest. Challenge friends to a game of corn hole or basketball on the newly installed hoop, while kids enjoy the play set in the fully fenced backyard—an ideal space to bring your pup along for the fun.

Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.

Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.

We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
