Excellent view and comfortable beds with good showers. Beach access was excellent and we enjoyed the pool and bbq area. Very family friendly.Only complaint is the sofa is uncomfortable and not big enough for 3 adult guests really.Check in procedure was complicated with the car and instructions could have been clearer as it was difficult to access the property initially.

The picture in the listing does not do the beach view justice. It is absolutley breathtaking. We loved the condo and Isla Verde!. We will be back! One minor complaint is that the sofa is very small and kind of worn. A little larger and updated sofa would make a great difference! Thank you for everything!

The apartment’s standout feature is its stunning view of Isla Verde Beach, along with a convenient location and the basic amenities needed for a stay. The host was responsive to messages, but the most significant issue, a leaking AC, remained unresolved throughout our stay of more than 2 weeks. The only solution provided was extra towels to absorb the water, creating an ongoing inconvenience and a slipping hazard, particularly with young children. The AC was also very loud and produced a persistent musty, mold-like odor. This appeared to be a known issue as we received detailed instructions before arrival to keep the bathroom door open, water continued leaking nightly from the bathroom into both bedrooms despite following the host’s instructions.The master bed was uncomfortable, and the foam mattress topper had an unpleasant odor. The living room sofa was another drawback, as it was old, small, and only comfortably seated two people, making it unsuitable for families. The building’s pool also appeared poorly maintained and visibly dirty, so we spent our time at the excellent beach instead. The apartment lacked an in-unit washer and dryer, requiring use of the coin-operated laundry machines in the lobby. Additionally, the smoke alarm was overly sensitive, going off whenever we cooked or even used the toaster. Overall, the unresolved AC problems, persistent musty smell, several maintenance and comfort issues significantly diminished our experience.

Beautiful ocean front views from the balcony, perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they answered all questions promptly. Would definitely stay again.
