Our host was very responsive to our few questions pre stay and during stay. Place was very clean and mirrored the photos. Location was in walking distance of many things. Pool area was huge. Beach was great. Facility very secure

Owner is responsive and accessible. This building is in prime isla verde location. The unit is large and spacious and comfortable for our small group for a girls trip. 2 bathrooms are a huge plus. It is well stocked and has great beach chairs and towels.

We had 3 days here (2 couples) before we got on a cruise. Very quick drive from the airport, approx 25 uber ride and also close to the port approx 30 uber ride. The condo itself was beautiful and exactly as described and beautifully decorated and updated. 19th flooor, but elevator was always quick. Best section of the beach for swimming and walking and walking distance to restaurants. Beach chairs & towels were provided and even a cooler to take some beverages down to the beach. Nice that coffee and sugar was provided in the room and even laundry soap if you needed to do a load. John was very helpful and replied promptly with any questions we had. Would recommend staying here

The condo was real nice for two couples as there were two private bedrooms separated by the common living area in the. The beds were comfortable in both rooms. It was very clean. The kitchen and dining space provided almost everything you’d need to cook at home. The area was very convenient to restaurants and walking around. The beach was very nice too and could be seen somewhat if out enjoying your balcony. It felt secure, as you need to use a fob to enter and exit the property, so be sure you have it at all times. Condo came with beach towels, chairs and cooler. If you are a light sleeper, bring a sound machine as there is a bit of road noise at bedtime. Very convenient to airport, 10-15 min Uber, 10-15. Did a tour of old San Juan to get some history and get our bearings. It was great! Overall a wonderful experience

Our stay was excellent! The host was super attentive and always replied very quickly, which made everything smooth and easy. The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus is the private beach access – the beach was beautiful and relaxing. The property also has great security, which made us feel very safe at all times. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free stay. We hope to come back soon!
