Be in the center of all action in the most popular beach of all of the San Juan Metro area, the Isla Verde beach, with restaurants, clubs, casinos, hotels, and 24/7 supermarkets all within short walking distance.
Our apartment at Marbella, the most sought after building for vacation rentals offers 24/7 security and many amenities, as a large swimming pool, basketball court, children's playgrounds, barbecue pits and beautiful grounds.The barbecue area overlooks the beach and allows you to have your own BBQ party by the beach. All amenities at the condo are within gated areas and only available for condo residents or renters.
The apartment itself was renovated and decorated. The style is a contemporary modern one, using white and grey as primary colors with turquoise and magenta as accent colors, giving it a very relaxed atmosphere, ideal for your vacation.
The apartment can accommodate up to 7, especially if some are children, configured as follows:
Master bedroom: one king sized bed and one twin and a have (45 inches) size futon, for 3 guests.
Second bedroom: one queen sized bed. 2 guests.
Living area: one queen sized high quality sofa bed, for 2 guests.
Bed mattresses and linens were carefully selected for your sleeping enjoyment.Towels are thick and thirsty 100% cotton. Both bedrooms have blackouts and window treatments.
There is good storage space for clothing, since both bedrooms have closets.

Beautiful and just what I hoped for!

Annie's apartment was the perfect place to stay for 4 wonderful nights in San Juan to kick off summer. As described in other reviews, it is well-equipped for fun at the beach and was very clean. The layout of the apartment and the multiple bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for me and my 3 kids (all tweens/teens). The constant breeze and sound of the ocean was probably my favorite part of our stay! Jorge was in touch with us during the stay and was very helpful. I found the directions for check-in were easy. The security was very helpful in providing information upon our arrival. You can't get any closer to the beach, the pool was lovely and there is plenty of shopping (grocery, pharmacy, convenience stores and souvenirs) and dining options close by. You will not be disappointed by the 18th floor apartment!

We are a family of five, mom, dad and three sons. We grew up coming to Isla Verde beach every Sunday, especially in the area from Marbella del Caribe to El San Juan Resort. It was the place to be on week ends, so we have fond memories of the area. We still love it here, and now share it with our renters.

Why they chose this property

This property has the great advantage that it is right on the beach, while at the same time, having other amenities, as a great huge pool, basketball court, playgrounds etc. You just need to get on your beach clothes and take the elevator down, and a few steps further on, you are on the beach, while being is a very safe condo, with 24/7 security, and assigned parking space.
At the same time, if you feel like exploring the island it is a good place to stay, since it is very close to Highway 66, that goes to the East, where most of the attractions like Rainforest and bio bay tours are.

What makes this property unique

The minute I saw this apartment I fell in love because of the stunning views from the 18th floor....I knew it needed some work but the basic ingredient of a great location, was there. After the renovation work, I think the apartment is a true gem, and I wouldn't mind if I get the chance to use it myself every now and then....
