Booking & Occupancy
Minimum Age: The primary guest booking the property must be 25 years old or older. Failure to meet this requirement may result in reservation termination.
Quiet Hours: ALL hours are quiet hours. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
No Parties: Absolutely no parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
Undisclosed Guests: Failure to register guests will result in a $500 fine per person and immediate reservation termination without a refund.
Smoking & Parking
- Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the property.
- Fine: Indoor smoking results in a severe $3,000 penalty.
- Smoking is permitted outside only.
Parking: Do not park cars on the street—they will be towed at the guest's expense.
Pet Policy (Dogs Only)
- Due to severe allergies, we only allow dogs. Cats are strictly prohibited.
- Please advise us if you are bringing a dog.
- Pet Fee: Applies per pet: $25/day, $150/week, or $300/month.
Pet Restrictions:
- No pets on furniture, beds, or in the pool.
- Crating: Pets must be crated when left alone at the property.
- Cleanup: Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of immediately from the yard/property.
- Dogs over 25 lbs require prior verification and approval.
Restricted Breeds: Bully breeds are not allowed.
- Fines: Undisclosed pets result in a $500 charge. Additional fees apply for damages or excessive shedding.
Checkout & Property Care
- Cleaning Fee Note: The cleaning fee covers the standard preparation for your stay, not excessive post-checkout cleaning.
- Grill: If a grill is provided, please clean it before and after each use as we do not maintain it.

Reporting Issues: Please communicate any problems immediately (at check-in or upon discovery) so we can remedy them quickly.
Access: Host, maintenance, or staff may need to access the home with notice if possible.
Important note: Guests are required to respond to host questions within 48 hours of booking, or the booking may be subject to cancellation.
