We are conveniently located in the heart of the resort community and just minutes away from the many sites and activities that are best known throughout Canaan Valley.

Explore or experience any of the neighboring two downhill ski resorts; cross country ski areas; beautiful state parks; fantastic restaurants; and local Novelty/Antique and Craft shops.

On-site amenities include Outdoor Pool (seasonal), indoor pool, community hot tubs, community grills, DVD & book loans, game room, fitness room, mini-golf, shuffleboard, tennis, pickle ball, basketball hoop, volleyball net, fiber optic internet, and an activities department.

Great price, beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay in Canaan Valley! The kids enjoyed the pool, mini golf, game room, and the jacuzzi tub. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to enjoy the mountains.

The land of Canaan resort was a four star rental for me. It was very clean and comfy, the beds were soft and we had plenty of space. My kids also enjoyed all the amenities especially the pool and the game room space. I am giving four stars because of the WiFi situation. To get WiFi, you have to go through a third party and after paying for it, it hardly worked unless you sat near a window and only worked on one device. We had a family of 6. I also did not really communicate with the host at all. So, for that reason, I didn’t give 5.

Lovely location. Spotless place in great shape for a town home from the '70's. Nice gas stove, washer, dryer, plenty of living space and lots of amenities make this very family friendly. Great play ground, putt putt golf, trail rides, swimming pool. Three minutes from ski slopes, Canaan valley state park.
