Everyone in our Best of Canaan office wants to stay at Sam’s Cabin. Is it the traditional log cabin look, the spacious yard, or the comfort you feel as soon as you open the door? I really do not know, but I want to stay there too! Hikers and hunters will love the fact that Sam’s Cabin borders the Monongahela National Forest. Take a hike and then spend the night in total comfort. The cabin offers a well -equipped kitchen, WIFI, and smart TV’s. You can plan tomorrow’s adventure while you relax on the back deck or the large front porch. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub, cook the perfect meal, and rest by the fireplace. A good night’s rest and you are ready for another Canaan Valley adventure! Come stay and play. Sam’s Cabin is ready for you! Four-wheel or all wheel drive vehicles with good tires are recommended for winter visitors.

Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was perfect for us. I really don't have any complaints about the house. nice and quiet.

Nice Place, No AC

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very spacious, but only having 1 window unit to cool the main level, and a full basement is crazy to me. When we arrived it was 86 degrees inside. It took almost 24 hours for the temperature to drop to under 80 degrees. Everything else was nice, but no air conditioning did not make the experience very nice.
