This HUGE loft is located on the corner of 10th and Olive St in downtown St. Louis. Combine the newest ideals in contemporary design with historically significant buildings, it is located at the intersection of business, entertainment and residential districts. Pet policy: One pet is welcome with a $45 fee. For additional pets or longer stays, please inquire. Traveling should be enjoyable and simple. THE STAY will do everything we can to help achieve that for you. Easy Check in: You will be given a code before check-in, and you may arrive at any time after 3 p.m. Custom Lock Codes: Every code we send to our guests is one-of-a-kind! The code we gave you will be unknown to any other guests Experienced Team: Our company has hosted over 20,000 reservations. We have you covered Professional Clean: We deliver a great experience for our guests Adequate Supplies: Our guests will have all of the necessities they require during their stay. Immediate Response: It is very important to us that you receive timely and respectful communication Free Wifi: We are only mentioning this because it’s so important. It comes as standard with our properties You`ll have access to the whole space. Throughout your stay, we will be available to answer any questions or make recommendations on what to see and where to eat! We can be reached via app messages, text, or phone call. Massive loft in the heart of downtown St. Louis. Minutes walk to Schnucks, Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village, Scottrade Center, Washington Avenue, metro-link, City Garden, Park Ave Coffee, and so much more! There are several parking options available at this Airbnb. There is always street parking available; however, it is first come, first served. The city owns a gated lot two blocks down the street, as well as a parking garage directly across the street. The garage is attached to Schnuck`s Culinaria, and you can park there hourly or overnight for $20/day. These prices are subject to change based on city events (such as Cardinals baseball games), but the grocery store garage generally remains consistent. There are also numerous excellent public transportation options. Laclede Cab is the most well-known cab company in St. Louis, but we also have UBER and LYFT. Bus stops are located directly outside the loft building, and a Metrolink station is located a block away at the intersection of 8th and Pine. For NON-AIRBNB BOOKING PLATFORMS: We are requiring a $500 security deposit and a signed credit card authorization form. We want our guests to have a smooth after check-out experience. Please read our house rules which you can find in the `Things to Know` bottom part section of the listing, to be guided accordingly. By booking this listing, you confirm that you have read and will comply with these house rules.
GOVERNMENT ID IS REQUIRED For the safety and security of all our guests and neighbors, we require a copy of a valid government-issued ID for the primary guest—and any additional guests—upon booking confirmation. Please note that failure to provide the requested ID(s) in a timely manner may result in a delay to your check-in or possible cancellation of your reservation. Access and check in instructions will not be forwarded until a copy of your ID has been provided. The information on your ID must be consistent with the details provided on the message platform. Failure to do so may result in cancellation. If you are booking well in advance. Government ID is required two weeks before your check in date or your reservation may be subject to cancellation We thank you for your cooperation and understanding as this is purely a safety measure for you and all of our guests. PETS All of our units are pet friendly. We do request a $100 pet cleaning fee deposit of which $50 is refundable upon checkout. If you have more than 1 pet, please inquire. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND Please note this is a family-friendly place and we do not allow smoking, any guest who fails to follow this rule will result in a fine of $500.00. We ask for your respect for the space, respect for your neighbors, and most of all respect for the guest who will be checking in next. AFTER-HOURS Quiet hours starting at 10 PM. Stay up late. Enjoy yourself. But please respect the peace of our neighbors. Worst case scenario (we know this won’t be you of course) but If host or building security finds guest to be in grave violation of these house rules and overtly not respecting the peace of our neighbors, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation immediately and require guest departure. EARLY CHECK-INS, LATE CHECK-OUTS, AND UNAUTHORIZED CHECKOUTS Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM Need to check in early and for us to request housekeeping service to expedite your cleaning? Usually not a problem. $10/hr Check-out is at 10:00 AM often times our housekeeper is on a tight schedule. We truly appreciate you being strict about this time. Need to check out late? That’s usually never a problem either if you schedule before midnight again at $10 per hour. Unauthorized unexpected late checkouts that force our housekeeping to wait for an extended period of time or come back at a later date will be charged $30/hr. REFUSAL or did not check out on time - aside from the unscheduled late check out of $30 per hour, if security intervenes to evict the guest, a penalty of $200 will be imposed (security fee). As per the lease agreement we have with the building manager, all guests booking this listing need to be at least 25 years old. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We have the utmost respect for our neighbors. It is by their grace that we are allowed to rent this space to you. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any parties or events in this space. As these put our lease in serious jeopardy. If Security needs to be called to disperse a large gathering a $1,500 penalty will be imposed. Airbnb as a company has zero tolerance for unauthorized parties and events. ILLEGAL DRUGS & FIREARMS of ANY KIND are NOT ALLOWED in our unit. Failure to comply will result in a $1,000 penalty. CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS Please fill the dishwasher and press start (dish pods provided under (or over) the sink) Please take out the trash. Please never leave your trash outside your front door in the hallway. We would also ask you to send us a photo of the TV remote. (sorry but you’d be surprised how often these mysteriously grow legs.) We would have to charge a $50 fee for a missing remote.

The word we used for choosing your property rather than a hotel was "PERFECT". Host was unbelievably quick to respond when I had questions. Location made it possible to walk to Convention Center multiple times each day. Our grandsons and a couple friends were able to play pool when they came over for lunches. Being able to have breakfast, lunches and a couple dinners in the loft was much less expensive than eating out--access to grocery was superb! Beds were very comfortable, and water pressure was great. In between robotics matches we were able to enjoy lots of great walks--Busch Stadium, Soulard Market, The Arch/Park, City Museum, historic buildings. Great stay!!!

Clean rooms, excellent location to popular downtown areas. Walked everywhere. The beds were comfortable. There was street parking right in front of the building. You had to plug the meter every 2 hours except 7pm-7am but it was fine. Saturday night there was a lot of noise in the room above us, no fault to the owner and a lot on the street below. It also was St. Paddy’s Day weekend. We were there for a wedding so not sure if this is normal on a weekend. Overall good deal for the price. I would stay there again.
