The Space:

Salt air drifts through an open patio door while palm fronds rustle just beyond the porch. A few minutes on foot and you're standing in the sand, with the rest of the day open for however you want to spend it - lounging poolside, exploring the Space Coast, or simply unwinding in a quiet, comfortable home base.



Living space

The main living area is built for relaxing together. A cozy seating area faces a flat screen TV, making it easy to settle in after a beach day, and the patio just off this space gives you a private spot to catch the morning air with a cup of coffee before heading out.



Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms offer a spacious, comfortable bed with cozy linens, room-darkening shades, and extra pillows and blankets for guests who want them. Across the two rooms you'll have three beds total, with bed sheets, hangers, and clothing storage provided so everyone can settle in properly. In total, the home comfortably sleeps 6 guests.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking real meals, not just snacks. You'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and the cooking basics - pots and pans, oil, salt, and pepper - along with dishes and silverware for the table. Coffee is provided, so mornings can start right at home.



Bathroom

Both bathrooms are stocked with the essentials: shampoo, body soap, cleaning products, a hair dryer, and hot water on demand, plus a bathtub for guests who want to soak after a day in the sun.



Location

You're walking distance from the beach, in the small beach town of Cape Canaveral - home to the Kennedy Space Center. The apartment sits in a community with a shared outdoor pool (open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) and a shared gym nearby, giving you options whether you want to swim, work out, or just relax at the unit. Beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, so you can head down to the water without packing extra gear. Free parking is available on the premises as well as on the street, and a smart lock makes self check-in simple from the moment you arrive. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door is also available, in case you need to get a few things done during your stay.



Guest Access:

We provide keyless entry with digital door locks.



The Neighborhood:

Cape Canaveral is home to the world-famous Kennedy Space Center, originally known as the NASA Launch Operations Center. In the hub of the nation’s human space program, you can visit the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and walk the same footsteps that preceded Neil Armstrong’s journey on the moon. Cape Canaveral is perfectly located just east of Merritt Island, separated by the Banana River and the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Don’t forget to visit the Indian River Lagoon which is North America’s most diverse estuary with thousands of species of plants and animals and the perfect day trip for wildlife sightseeing. You can enjoy the best of both worlds and all Florida has to offer on the river and in the ocean. With just a short 10-mile trip south, you can follow world champion surfer Kelly Slater to world famous beaches and enjoy downtown Cocoa Beach with quaint restaurants, live music and bars located right on the beach. Cape Canaveral is the perfect small beach town everyone loves to stay and no one ever wants to leave!



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

There is required information to be submitted to HOA by the property manager at this location. The required documentation will be sent at time of booking. Thank you for your understanding!



To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
