Cozy Cottage in Locust Lake w/ Seasonal Lake Views

Welcome to our quiet little cottage at Locust Lake! Enjoy mornings watching the sunrise through the trees over the lake, or cozy up by the wood stove with a good book. There are 2 bedrooms with a king bed and queen bed as well as an updated bathroom with tub & shower. The open concept kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities you'll need during your stay. We are located minutes away from Pocono Mtn. attractions including Big Boulder, Jack Frost, the outlets, hiking & more!
The space
Our little cottage is designed with an open space and cozy atmosphere! Whether you are in the kitchen, relaxing on the sofa, or at the dining table, you will always feel connected.

The cottage has two bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Both rooms have a nice size closet with luggage racks for your bags. We provide personal shampoo, conditioner & body wash as well as wood for you to use in both the wood stove and outdoor smokeless fire pit!

The kitchen will be fully stocked so you can cook all your own meals, and includes:
-pots
-pans
-knives
-utensils
- Keurig Duo coffee maker
-Keurig coffee pods & fresh organic coffee beans
-coffee grinder
-French press
-electric tea kettle
-wine glasses
-bottle opener
-olive oil, salt & pepper

Other amenities:
-55" smart TV
-record player that plays 7", 10" or 12" vinyl discs (we have a selection at the house or please feel free to bring your own). It also doubles as a bluetooth speaker from your phone
-a selection of books, games, & art supplies. Township Registration # 008632. Please note, all guests must register with the community prior to arrival ($35 fee per stay). This includes parking passes & amenity bracelets

Weekend Away

We own a house in Locust Lake but it is under construction. Our kids did not want to miss the Anglers Christmas party so we decided to rent this house. It was perfect for our two night stay. We had everything we needed and got to enjoy the fire pit on the deck while waiting for Santa to drive by. It was a nice and close walk to Pines Lake where we watched the sky changes its beautiful colors. The host is fantastic and replies quick with any questions or concerns. Happy we chose this property!!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We were looking for a short winter getaway with the dog. This house was exactly what we were looking for! It was super clean and very well appointed! The cottage had everything we needed and, even a few treats for the pup! We loved the cozy wood burning stove and the cottage was beautifully decorated! The community it is located in, Locust Lake Village, was fabulous! We loved using the sledding hill with our son and were only disappointed that the ski slope was not open mid-week. Beth was easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful! She gave us wonderful recommendations for activities in the area and restaurants! We are hoping to return to Locust Lake again and would love to stay at the Little Lake Cottage!

Friends Weekend Away

I booked the little lake cottage/cabin for a weekend getaway with two friends. We had a lovely weekend. It was just what we needed. The property has a lovely aesthetic and is furnished and decorated beautifully. It was immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck with a fire as well as spending the day at one of the lakes. I would definitely recommend this property for a couple’s getaway, small family, or a few friends. The hosts were very informative and responsive. Also, the office staff at Locust Lake were really nice. Lots of amenities and activities are available in this community.
