Welcome to 207 Mohican Trail in Arrowhead Lake PA. This home comes fully furnished so all you have to do is bring your things and relax. This 4 bedroom 2 full bath home is newly renovated and has an open floor plan. The kitchen features all new appliances and has everything needed to cook home made meals. The master bedroom(queen bed) is on the main floor and has an on suite full bathroom, both handicap accessible. The master suite also includes a brand new washer and dryer. Two of the bedrooms on the second floor have queen size beds with the third having two single beds. Rare deck offers a place to relax and grill and is handicap accessible. We have 8 Adirondack chairs and a brand new gas grill on the back deck. The fireplace is perfect for those chilly Pocono nights. The home is equipped with free high speed WIFI, two TVs, two DVD players and an internet steaming box. Minutes away from the brand new community club house and beach. The lake is just across the street and can be seen from the upstairs bedroom. The community features 3 pools, 4 beaches, two clubhouses, basketball courts and much more. Just minutes from skiing, hiking, fishing, water parks, hunting and golf the location is central to everything you will want to do in the Poconos. Race fans will love the location as it is just minutes from the Pocono Speedway. This is our family home, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! PLEASE NOTE: All guest over the age of 6 area required to have wrist bands to access the community and amenities: ****The community charges a mandatory $8.50 per person per day May-September and $2 per person per day October - April (applies to all guests 6 years old or older). There is also a $25 per car charge(for entire stay NOT daily) for the gate passes. These will give you 24 hours access to both gates, the welcome center, club house and the rest of the Arrowhead community. These fees will be added to the final total once the details of the stay are confirmed. Township Registration # 009008

My friends and I had the most relaxing girl’s weekend at this property! Dan was just the nicest host and was very prompt in his replies. The property is in this cute little gated community and the house was clean and ADA friendly. I felt very safe staying here and was pleasantly surprised to see a few deer roaming around outside. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Dan’s property again in the not-too-distant future!

Wonderful Poconos Cottage.

Great little vacation rental. Worked perfectly for my disability. House was very accessible for my wheelchair. Master bedroom and bathroom worked perfectly. Close by to many restaurants and tourist attractions. My daughter and her boyfriend really enjoyed golfing. Five stars. Would highly recommend especially if you need wheelchair access.

We had a great weekend at the house. The community is gated so only authorized vehicles can get in. The people working in the Welcome Center were very helpful and informative. The house is in great shape, very well maintained and clean with comfortable beds. The linens/towels/pillows are all provided. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, glassware, silverware and pots/pans. We made good use of them during our stay plus the grill. The TV situation may be a little complicated for guests who are used to traditional cable but there are several options and also DVDs. We didn't get to take advantage of the community amenities as we stayed during the fall but the lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this house for a small group getaway!

Stayed here to attend the Lehighton Witches Night Market. It was a great location for us. The house, lake and views were lovely. Lots of deer sightings. Convenient to grocery stores, etc. the host was super attentive and communicative. Easy check in to house. Hope to return!

Great home and community for a family getaway!

The house was clean, comfortable, exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for our stay. My family includes three teenagers so the fact that they each had their own room was a huge plus! Great deck and fire pit area for enjoying the outdoors. Daniel was very helpful and communicative leading up to and during our stay and it was easy for us to use all the fun community areas as well - gym, beaches, pools, canoes, etc. Would definitely rent again!

Great Lake house

We really enjoyed our stay! Close to the lake, we paddled, hiked, enjoyed the pool & clubhouse. They even had food trucks on Sat & Sun. Having bed linens, towels, and air conditioning was an added plus. Dan provided a well stocked home with everything we needed. He was a great host, excellent communication. This property was just what we needed and more than we expected! The 4 bedrooms were perfect for the 2 adults and 5 kids who stayed. The home was clean and included amenities we have not encountered in any of the many properties we have stayed at before: plenty of trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and spices!My husband uses a mobility scooter and cannot walk. The bedroom and bathroom on the first floor presented no problems for him. The kitchen was large enough for him to maneuver and the handicapped ramp made getting and out of the house effortless. Dan, the owner, was readily available and easy to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again.

When I purchased this property it was in distressed shape. We renovated it and furnished it so that we can enjoy it as a family. Since we cannot spend as much time as we would like in the home we would like to share it with ours.

Why they chose this property

I love this property for it's open layout, bedroom size and yard. It is just a short walk from the lake and the brand new clubhouse which is very helpful. The club house has a gym, tv room and library with WIFI.

What makes this property unique

This home has public sewer and a brand new water softener system for the well. It is one of the few homes that is 100% handicap accessible. The home is also very well insulated and does not get very hot in the summer. It really does not need AC. In the winter the heaters warm the place up fast and the home retains the heat.
