Hoosier Happiness - The Townhouse Where Hoosiers Can Come Home

I'm a semi-retired (OK, mostly retired) former radio station manager and small business owner. I absolutely love Bloomington and Indiana University, to the point that we purchased two townhouses to offer as vacation rentals. Hoosier Happiness and Hoosier Happiness, Too were put together to provide everything one could think of for the best possible experience in a decor that tastefully honors Bloomington and IU. Other than my five grandchildren, there is little that makes me as happy as a five star review from a guest who expresses how much they enjoyed staying in one of our townhouses and states that they will be back (even in a short period of time so far many of them have been back). With what we have spent to prepare and furnish the townhouses they have been far from the best investments we've ever made, but we're loving every minute of hosting our guests in them!

Hoosier Happiness is a great townhouse for relatives coming to town to visit students at IU, alumni returning to Bloomington, visiting medical and academic personnel or anyone coming to town to enjoy the Bloomington area and IU events. It is located in a quiet community 10-12 minutes from Bloomington and the IU campus. It is well stocked and furnished and tastefully decorated with a Bloomington and IU theme. It is within walking distance of Woolery Mill event center.

The two upstairs bedrooms have king size beds and en suite bathrooms for privacy and comfort. The main floor living room has enough room for everyone and a 55" Samsung smart TV. The basement features a 65" Samsung smart TV including wall connection for your gaming system, DVD player or other devices. The basement sofa is a queen size sleeper sofa and the basement also has a full bath so all three sleeping areas have their own full bathroom. The kitchen has what you need to cook, bake or prepare your tailgate if you're not enjoying Bloomington's great restaurants.
