Newell grew up in Kennebunk and has many great memories with recommendations that only a local will know!
We love to see or guests enjoy the area as well!
Our home is in the Cape right of the driveway and we keep our distance unless you need us !
The barn only houses the Barndominium and an old sports car.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is so quiet and yet a stroll to town with everything you’d need! Love being able to walk to restaurants, conscience stores and many specialty places too!

What makes this property unique

Our barn was built in 1849 and Newell ( former custom home builder) restored it to be a quiet fun getaway.
