Our cozy barndominium is a remodeled 1 bedroom efficiency in our 1849 Barn. Many original features! Your own space with a small kitchen, yard with lawn ,off street parking and deck to enjoy a coffee or cocktails . A short stroll to town with great choices of restaurant's and shops evening concerts , craft fairs and Sat. Farmers Market! We provide a beach parking pass for all Kennebunk Beaches or kayak/canoe the Mousum River which we can arrange for a memorable time or Hike, Bike and visit our costal area!

Tiny but cute! Perfect if you’re not planning to cook. Perfect location to walk to great food places. Rec: the bakery and Garden Street Bowl. We enjoyed our time there

Charming!

This place was perfect for my husband and I! It was quiet, clean, and very close to Dock Square where we spent most of our time. Highly recommend staying here!

Cozy Stay

The space is well utilized and laid out. The space is definitely tiny but very functional. It was perfect for my husband and I. We trailered over a motorcycle and parked the truck and trailer while enjoying several rides around the region. Definitely recommend for a couple looking to enjoy the area!

Great time in a cute town

The Barn was a great place for us to stay 2 nights while we went out and explored the town. The hosts arranged for us to kayak down the river with access right in the backyard, and we had a blast. The place is small but had everything we needed. Thank you!

Perfect in-town location for one or couple

What a wonderful long week-end! Property was as described- I could walk anywhere in town. Beaches were a short drive away and hosts provided beach pass. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip and would highly recommend! Will plan on making a return visit :-)

Just what we needed

My husband loved this cozy little spot. It was so close go the things we were interested in. We so enjoyed our time, seeing the Nubble lighthouse and walking the marginal way were highlights. We also toured white columns and I tried my very first lobster roll at the clam shack. This place is small but suited our needs. My husband loves small, cozy places and gives this an excellent.

Our home is in the Cape right of the driveway and we keep our distance unless you need us !
The barn only houses the Barndominium and an old sports car.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is so quiet and yet a stroll to town with everything you’d need! Love being able to walk to restaurants, conscience stores and many specialty places too!

What makes this property unique

Our barn was built in 1849 and Newell ( former custom home builder) restored it to be a quiet fun getaway.
