Suitable as a romantic getaway or a hectic businessperson's space for concentration and catch up. 650 square feet of this ground level vacation rental has been tastefully renovated with no detail overlooked. This property boasts a full kitchen w/Stainless Steele appliances, quartz counter tops and is open to the living room that includes a marble surround gas fireplace and 9 ft. South facing sliding glass door. Slider opens to your private back yard with patio & grill. Enjoy a glass of wine in the late afternoon admiring the flower gardens and watching the birds at the feeders. Inconspicuous air conditioners run quietly for both summer and winter comfort. You will feel completely submersed in solitude, yet minutes away from shopping and amazing restaurants.
But as unique as this property is, our main pride is its cleanliness.

On suite, state of the art bathroom includes tiled walk-in shower with rain head, heated tiled floor and large granite vanity countertop with undermount porcelain sink.
Cozy bedroom has queen size bed, cottage style furniture, and plenty of closet space for play clothes, evening attire and shopping purchases.

Walk to picturesque downtown Kennebunk to enjoy the many fine restaurants, unique shops, and acclaimed bakeries. The Waterford Center hosts many summertime events such as concerts, Pickle Ball and local crafters displaying their talents, In summer visit the downtown Farmer's Market every Saturday morning. For golfers, there are several well-maintained courses, some which benefit by the oceans' breeze. Kennebunk is a dog friendly town. The owner of this property may allow your dog to stay with you or will help you to acquire, comfortable and safe lodging for your canine family member.

Kennebunk Getaway

You cannot choose a better cottage than this Gem. Linda & Mark have gone above & beyond to provide guests with everything they could possibly need for a relaxing night, week or in our case 3 weeks. Perfect Labor Day weekend stay

Very pretty and very comfortable! Has all the amenities you need- we enjoyed the fire pit and grill, and the close proximity to beautiful beaches, loads of thrift and antique stores and terrific Maine food. What a great find! We were pleasantly surprised and will be back for sure! Great street level space with a fabulous back yard. Great parking and Super close to everything you need and more in Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Wells. The owners were great and gave you privacy and helped you with any questions you may have.

Lovely hideaway in Kennebunk

We had a wonderful Maine vacation! The house was clean and well appointed and Linda was very responsive to any questions we had. It was especially nice that the rental included beach chairs, umbrella, and beach pass. We flew in from out of state and it was amazing to have all those things available. Nearby Parsons Beach is a treasure!

Beautifully decorated and well appointed cottage - perfect for a couple. Relax on the porch, walk to town for dinner, or visit nearby hiking trails. Owners have very thoughtfully provided beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and parking pass for nearby beach visits.

A beautiful and relaxing spot for your holiday!

This is a charming and well appointed beautiful hideaway. Everything you could need (including that all important beach pass) is included. Our hosts were communicative and very helpful. The space was very clean, really pretty, and very quiet which is important to us. A nice walk into Kennebunk and a quick drive to the beach or Kennebunkport. We loved our vacation and our stay at this meticulously renovated home.

Outstanding in every respect from ease of making reservation to responsiveness of host, the property is ideal for two. Very well equipped rental in beautiful and convenient setting.

Extremely well equipped and comfortable, quiet one bedroom apartment on the outskirts of Kennebunk. Convenient to I95 and Route 1. Chickens and groundhog in the yard in a very rural setting. Close (driving) to the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge as well as a number of beaches, and the shops are not too far away. The owner was very quick to respond to questions via SMS, but as everything was good we didn't need to communicate much. I would definitely recommend this to others and hope to return sometime.

Adorable and spotless!

Super easy to book and the owner answered my questions promptly before booking. This place is the cutest and the colors and decor make it so relaxing. I was only in town for the weekend for a wedding and wish I could’ve stayed longer. I stayed at a local hotel closer to downtown during the summer and this place totally blows it out of the water! The price is right and it was the cleanest place I have ever stayed which is usually (much) pricier hotels. The location isn’t too far from Dock Square and the size of the place is perfect for a couple so you’re not tripping over each other in a small hotel room. I would definitely stay here again if I plan to go back to Kennebunkport!

In time we were able to offer rooms to traveling friends and friends of friends. Now with this new intown location, we are able to do what our pasts guests said we always should have done, provide a well apointed space to summer travelers visiting our amazing Maine location.
