Just OK. Pro: LR and DR area were nice & comfortable; nice to have full bath with each bedroom.Con: Counters were cluttered many appliances; counter top was dirty; no garbage bags; were wet clothes in washer and dryer was loaded with someone's clothes; AC not on when arrived and was very hot; no dishwasherWould not stay here again.

We as host as much as we try to make every comfortable and happy, we know it is very hard to do so. Let me start by saying, we provide a fully equip kitchen so anyone want to have the use of a kitchen will have all they need, we provide the following, stove, kettle,microwave,toaster,fridge and a blender. Rick said this was too many appliances. This is all the appliances that we feel is needed for a fully equipped kitchen, for the clothes in the washer and dryer, Rick stated it was someone else clothes, that is not true, those were linen that was wash and dry that was use by the previous guest. There would be no reason for a guest to check out of a property and leave a washer and dryer full of their clothes. The garbage container does not require any garbage bags as i had told Rick when he contacted us as he was unable to find the garbage bin even though we label it .Because it is a customize built in garbage bin is the main reason why we label it some everyone can easily identify where it is. Our listing stated that there is no dish washer at the property.
