Once a hotel 100 years ago, this building has been renovated for modern guests while still maintaining original charm and a true downtown feel. Each apartment is one-of-a-kind with fun design elements and comforts including fast WIFI and on-site laundry! Walk one block to Fruita's main street and enjoy world-class mountain biking and endless outdoor recreation within minutes! This apartment is second floor with 2 bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed), beautiful bathroom and a deluxe kitchenette (mid-size fridge, full dishwasher, convection oven, hot plate). Shared garage for bike storage only. Each apartment gets one off-street parking spot; street parking also available. Pet-friendly with pet fee (please pick up pet waste!).
