Great place, very comfy and had everything we needed. Well appointed, right off downtown so close to restaurants. Caitlin was so prompt with communications, and was able to give us a late checkout. Would definitely stay again!
It was a great location just off the main street of Fruita, a short walk to cafes, restaurants and brewpubs. Also liked the short drive to Colorado National Monument and Devil's canyon. The space was bigger than expected and nicely appointed.
Fantastic! Out of 28 years traveling for work this space has to be one of my absolute favorites. Extremely comfortable from the bed to the living area and kitchen; even the laundry made you feel at home. Can walk to multiple local breweries and restaurants as well as local shops and grocery store. Great parking and easily accessible. 5 star definitely.

Host was superb. I would 💯 stay there again.
We had a great stay! Cute apartments in walking vicinity to so many things in town. We had a small hiccup at check-in. Caitlin took care of it right away.Would certainly stay here again!
This was a perfect place for my spouse and me to stay. Immaculate, roomy, nicely decorated, a well stocked kitchen and in a great location. I'd definitely stay there again.
We stayed for 2 nights for a mountain biking trip and had a great experience. The house was clean and comfortable with a nicely updated kitchen and plenty of parking. AC worked perfectly, and we really appreciated that they accommodated our dogs. Great location—just a block from downtown Fruita. Would definitely stay again.
This was our second time staying here. It was just as clean, bright, and comfortable as the first time 2 years ago. We both love the kitchen, the spacious living room, and the comfortable bed.
