We had a lovely stay at the Carriage House. It was perfect for us as a stopover on a long road trip. We were able to relax, bake some cookies, and do our laundry. We definitely recommend!

The Carriage House is a great place to stay in the Palisades/Grand Junction area! The house is top notch in every way. We plan to stay here on our next visit to the area. I highly recommend The Carriage House.

Sweet property

The Carriage House had everything we needed for our stay in Grand Junction. The house was spotless and super adorable. Andy and Sarah are wonderful hosts. Loved our stay there and hope we can stay here again when we return in the future!

WOW. Its a wonderful place, with a great small grass yard and outdoor table and bbq. There is a raspberry and a peach tree for fresh fruit if you stay here "in season". The house itself is clean, fresh, really well stocked/supplied, and very very comfortable. It is great for two people and we will stay here again when we are in town. Oh, and communication from the managers and the check in process were both flawless.

Brief but amazing Layover

We booked one night at the carriage house on our long journey across multiple states. The craftsmanship of the build and attention to detail and care in the property was amazing. We wished we had been there longer.

This property is immaculate, cozy and complete with all necessary amenities. The hosts are wonderful and communicate efficiently and thoroughly. The location is convenient and accessible to all GJ and Palisade area attractions.

Overall, the property itself was well put together and made us feel very at home as soon as we stepped through the door! The owners were amazing help when we had a light power outage crisis and were the absolute sweetest and easiest to get along with. We had all the necessities we needed and we were so sad when we had to leave. We definitely cannot wait to go back!

Overall Stay

Great little yard for a dog; decent size accommodations for one or two people; comfortable bed; well stocked kitchen. Shower was WAY too small. I'm 110 lbs and very petite. Could barely move around in it. And not super clean. Overall I would stay there again - just disappointed in the shower size is really all.

Even better than we’d hoped!!

We booked The Carriage House in the middle of a 5000+ roadtrip in a small camper with our pups! We knew that being in a “proper house” would be an enjoyable weekend, but we hadn’t expected it to be as great as it was! The house is so comfortable and we appreciated all the details that made it so pleasant like the comfortable bed, awesome shower, huge tv and the private shady yard surrounded by peach trees with ripe peaches that tasted better than any peach this Georgia girl has ever had!!! We had plans one night in town and actually canceled them to just stay in and enjoy the space! It was that good!!!

Cozy, Comfortable and Relaxing

The Carriage House is as described. Was a great place for my husband, mum, two pugs and I. We hosted two nights for dinner for our family we were visiting. It was a tight fit for the 10 of us but it was very cozy and fun. It had mostly everything we needed but when it didn’t, like a measure of cup, Andrew provided it. The fenced in yard was my favorite. We love in CA in a rural area where we can’t let our dogs out unattended. It was so nice to open the door and let them out. They loved the grass and had so much fun. The bed was comfortable and my mum slept on the futon without issues. I would highly recommend renting this place and we will be making it our spot when we come visit family in the future. Thanks for everything.
