This impeccably decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath eighth-floor condo is a beach lover’s dream. The view of the sugar-white sand and the Gulf of Mexico will have you speechless. You will also experience unimpeded, spectacular sunset views to the west most of the year.



This unit comfortably sleeps eight with a king bed in the master, a twin-over-full bunk bed in the guest room, a queen sleeper sofa PLUS a twin pullout loveseat in the living area. Beach Baby 808 was recently updated with new paint, lighting, and select furnishings. Both bedrooms feature large smart TVs, along with smart TVs throughout the condo for your streaming pleasure.



The kitchen is well stocked to prepare all of your meals in-house if needed and features updated stainless steel appliances with beautiful black granite countertops. A separate laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer.



Let’s talk about the Gulf-view balcony… why would you want to be inside when you could be relaxing in counter-height seating with tables overlooking the Doral pool and hot tub? This pool and spa are exclusive to your building and included in your stay—no need to fight the crowds at the club pool.



Beach access is conveniently located just to the right of the club pool, placing you close to seasonal beach activities including chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, and banana boat rides. Most of all, you’ll enjoy the Gulf of Mexico and the prettiest white sand you’ll ever see!



The owner thoughtfully provides plenty of beach chairs along with beach and pool toys stored in the balcony closet. Inside, the hall closet is stocked with games, books, and even a Wii gaming system to keep everyone entertained.



The Beach Club offers a fun, resort-style atmosphere with something for every age. Optional access to club amenities is available for a minimal daily fee, depending on the number of days you choose to participate. Club-only amenities include the main clubhouse pool, arcade, fitness center, and indoor heated pool. All restaurants and the spa are open to everyone.



On property you’ll also find walking trails, a playground, basketball courts, and tennis courts (basketball and tennis equipment available for an additional fee). Golfers will love the convenience of nearby courses—Kiva Dunes is right next door, so no lost tee times due to Gulf Shores traffic!



Just across from the water tower, the Village on the Green features The Hideaway, a great sports bar and restaurant with a golf simulator and mini arcade—pizza is a fan favorite. Right next door is a charming gift shop and clothing boutique filled with all things BEACH CLUB. Seasonally, the Village hosts live music at sunset with food trucks, bistro lighting, and picnic-style seating. Trolleys run between the Gulf condos and the Village on the Green for easy access.



Additional nearby attractions include touring historic Fort Morgan, taking the ferry across Mobile Bay to Dauphin Island and the Sea Lab, charter fishing or boating excursions from the marina at Tacky Jacks, and dining at local favorites such as Sassy Bass, Tacky Jacks, Jessie’s on the Bay, and more.
