Take an opportunity to rest and recharge on the deck or around the Breo firepit on the terrace patio. View the sunset or stars from the outdoor claw foot tub! Silverthorn has a full-size kitchen, high speed internet and a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom. Austin to the west and Antiquing in Round Top to the east- you are less than 45 minutes away from top-tier restaurants or shopping, and when you get "home" you can spend a lazy evening enjoying a secluded retreat.

Why they chose this property
Sandhaven offers privacy and peace. Silverthorn is located in the middle of a 128-acre wildlife refuge. The Australian Stock Horse breeding operation is located on the lower 105 acres. Wifi (we have a cell tower on the property) offers the ability to work from the cabin. We are located within an easy drive to Austin, Bastrop or Round Top for shopping or entertainment, and 225 acres, surrounded on all sides by other large tracts of land, offers a chance to relax after your endeavors.
