Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home, a stones throw from beautiful Waquiot Bay! Find your happy place kayaking (kayaks available for 5) or hiking around Washburn Island. Explore the beautiful remote beaches accessible only by hike, boat or kayak. You will be just 1/10 mile to neighborhood boat launch, near the Shining Sea Bike path, golf courses, Woods Hole, Martha’s Vineyard Ferry, Cape Cod Winery, Bad Martha’s Brewery, Main Street, and Mashpee Commons.
The space
1st floor: kitchen/great room opens to deck w/water view. Dining room table seats up to 10. Living room with large sectional & 55”Tv. Full bath & outdoor shower. 2nd floor: MBed w/Queen bed, water view & attached 1/2 bath. 2nd BR w/Queen bed, 3rd BR w/full bed & water view. 4th BD w/twin bunk beds & twin daybed trundle. Full newly renovated hall bathroom

Entire house, access to sunfish for experienced sailors only. Trailer hitch required, we do have the ball.
Other things to note
1 double kayak, 3 single kayaks & 1 inflatable kayak for your use. Sunfish available for experienced sailors (trailer hitch required, we do have the ball). Launch kayaks and sunfish at neighborhood boat launch 1/10 mi up the street. Bring your own boat as well to launch, as Waquoit Bay is great for boaters. It opens up to Vineyard Sound so you can fish or zip over to Martha's Vineyard for lunch.
Lots of beautiful Falmouth beaches between 3.7-7 miles from the property. Beach passes available via town of Falmouth at Surf Drive Beach with VRBO rental agreement
