Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The host did not provide a code to get into the house, so on Thanksgiving, I was without a location to stay. I started sending messages 3 days before the stay requesting the code for the door, with multiple messages sent, and, now 5 days later, I still haven't heard back from the host. VRBO refunded the money and gave me additional money to find a new place.
