About this property

This gorgeous condo is located right on a beautiful beach in Punta Mita with a large infinity lap pool, hot tub and covered BBQ . We are on the 4th floor with wonderful ocean views throughout the condo. We have 5G for remote work. Its a 5 minute walk down beach to the village restaurants & shops. Please: no children under 12 years of age.

The space
Private beachfront condo professionally managed by local property manager. New, contemporary Mexican style decoration, 4th floor, on the beach, a fabulous view of the ocean from almost every room! The ammenities include, modern kitchen, granite and Mexican tile throughout, Free 5G WIFI and overseas calls, large master suite with jacuzzi tub.

Relax on our private balcony with views of Banderas Bay to the beautiful Marietas Islands. Terrific surfing with many breaks nearby, fishing, boat trips and Wale watching November to March. Enjoy walking on the beach or just take a nap by the infinity pool, the perfect getaway from a busy lifestyle. 5 minute walk on beach to town restaurants and shops/

We are 10 min walk from the restaurant area where you can find wonderful Mexican homemade cooking, seafood, cold beer and a lot of simple but great food. Delicious take-in food available from Naef Cuisine. The local harbor is convenient for taking a panga for a day on the water or for some world-class fishing, diving, or whale watching. Surfing is good either directly in front of the condo or a bit south along the beach (there are several surf shops in town if you need to buy or rent equipment). Away from the noise and bustle of Puerto Vallarta, our condo is still only a short cab or bus ride away, as is the lovely beach resort of Sayulita.

On street parking. There are cabs, buses or you can even rent a golf cart in town.

Mita stay

The staff made the stay flawless. They checked with us several times before and after our arrival to confirm that all was well, and it was. Highly recommend Lety and her staff if you stay in Mita.

We had the best time staying at Tim's condo. It was paradise being there on the beach with the infinity pool. The private access from the street and the beach is very secure and the few people we met were super friendly. We have five people in our family and there was plenty of room with three bedroooms and three bathrooms. Plenty of towels and beach towels too. Eloisa is wonderful as the property manager, always available and helpful with whatever you need. We would stay there again for sure.

Spacious, well kept apartment with best pool

It was a nice surprise to find that this place has the largest pool in the area where one can even swim laps. The patio was the largest that I've ever seen and the views were awesome. To see both the sunrise and the sunsets was pretty magical. Only 2 issues but not big deal. The knives were completely blunt, need sharpening and the doors and door handles need some deep cleaning. You can see grease all over them. Thank you.

Australian Tim has traveled most of the world for work and pleasure and after considering where to live, Punta De Mita was an easy choice. Great weather, a good variety of restaurants and beach activities in the immediate area. It's the perfect on the beach condo. The move to Punta De Mita was not a hard one.
