New HOA rules have made our condo complex available only for families with children 12 years or older.

Punta Mita has one of the most pleasant climates in the world, sharing the same latitude as the Hawaiian Islands. World class fishing, Jack Nicklaus signature golfing and several incredible surf breaks, all very accessible. Our condo has a very well-appointed kitchen equipped with all of your cooking needs. If cooking is not your thing, there are many restaurants along the beach within a 5-minute walk from the condo, as well as several locally owned grocery stores.

High end finishes include granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances, travertine tiled baths and luxury linens.

We found THE place to go to escape the cold of Colorado. Great surfing, fishing, restaurants and libations.

What makes this property unique

Entrance to residence is at street level for easy access, as well as handicap accessable. The balcony overlooking the pool is on the third level for privacy and beautiful views of the beach. The Guest Bedroom has both a Queen and Twin bed to allow for different combinations of guests.
