Lovely Punta Mita 1 bedroom condo. Right on the Beach! Great Surfing, Safe Place

Spectacular Punta Mita, located just two-and-a-half hours from Los Angeles, three hours from San Francisco, five hours from Chicago and New York, and just 30 minutes on the new four-lane highway from the Puerto Vallarta airport, is home to the massive Four Seasons gated master communiy that also includes facilities by Starwood and St. Regis, two waterfront golf courses by Jack Nicklaus, and multimillion dollar villas. Surrounded on three sides by the Four Seasons and a fourth by the tranquil waters of Banderas Bay is the village of El Anclote, which features several excellent restaurants, and the sleepy village of Punta de Mita which is home to our Cielo y Mar units in a lovely, 18-unit Condo complex.

How popular is the Punta Mita area? Despite rooms that average $1500/night, the Four Season sells out 11 months a year, and villas in the area go for up to $10,000/night. Punta Mita is particularly popular with American celebrities and politicians looking to vacation in privacy. And now that Puerto Vallarta traffic has exploded, many long time vacationers there have moved to the much more peaceful Punta Mita.

OUR CONDOS ARE RIGHT ON THE BEAUTIFUL PLAYA PUNTA MITA BEACH AT PUNTA DE MITA.


The seven-story, complex, completed in December of 2006 is right on the beach, and the terraces look directly down on the 80 foot long infinity pool and the beautiful blue tropical waters of Banderas Bay. During the winter, whales are a daily sight, and in the summer dorado can be seen cornering bait fish near the shore. The southern exposure means unparalleled views of the sun from dawn to dusk, as well as the sailboats, and the picturesque four-mile distant Tres Marietas Island natural reserve.

ALL OUR UNITS ARE TRULY RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

At high tide our units are separated by nothing more than the unit’s gorgeous infinity pool! No matter if you are looking from inside the units or out on the terrace, all you see is the pool, the sea, and the sky! Nobody is closer to the water than us! With great surfing - there are more surf spots within one mile of our place than anywhere in Mexico, and they range in skill from absolute beginner to expert, restaurants-just a five minute walk away, swimming, beach walking, snorkeling, fishing, nature watching, and great sunsets, there is no reason to choose any other Condo.

This property was excellent - Clean, well maintained and fantastic view. Building also had convenient storage for my SUP. Host was extremely professional - She arranged transportation from the airport to the condo, then onto our next destination in Sayulita and back to the airport. Our booking was supported by a whole team that ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Special thanks to Sam who was extremely responsive, providing exceptional service making sure our trip was stress free and fantastic. Looking forward to returning to this property.

Beautiful Condo

Stunning views from this beautiful condo right on the beach. Very spacious and having laundry in the unit was so helpful. The location was perfect, with a great pool and easy access directly to the beach. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops. We loved it and will be back!

Long weekend at Punta Mita

Great stay at the condo, better then the pictures, amazing view from the balcony and great pizza and breakfast at the restaurant across the street, and a liquor store right across the street. Walked to all the restaurants in town, no need for a car, will definitely stay again!

The pictures actually make the place look smaller than it is. The view is amazing. Everyone on the premise is super friendly. Would recommend this to anybody and would love to come back.

Amazing Punta de Mita stay

We absolutely loved our stay. While the roads leading up to the condo may have you wondering what you’re getting yourself into, this place does not disappoint!! The condo is spacious and the view is absolutely unbeatable. While the beach out front is a bit rocky, and difficult for swimming, the beautiful pool and hot tub very much make up for it. We had a magical vacation and will stay here again.

Another Great Time In Punta De Mita

Punta De Mita is my favorite place in Mexico and the location of this condo couldn’t be better. The views from the balcony are amazing. The condo had everything we needed and the check in process was flawless. The beach out front of the condo is one of the best in Mexico. Warm water, good waves and even better vibes!!! It’s a great quite place to enjoy a relaxing vacation!

The condo looked just as advertised. The view and the sound if the waves were lovely and relaxing. The driver recommended by the manager(Sam) was friendly, reliable and spoke English perfectly. Punta Mita had several good restaurants with great service, but were pricy. The beaches were good for surfing but not for walking on.

Property was great. Could be better and more silverware. Could supply some baggies or plastic plus salt and pepper. No one was there to greet us even though we informed were going straight to unit from flight. Didn’t see anyone til next day. No unit numbers on doors. View great. TV in living room would be nice.

A great trip!

We had a great trip. The location was perfect for our family. You can watch the surf break and walk 30 seconds to the break. Easy to rent any type of equipment you need right there. Lety was very helpful and prompt. The condo was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The pool was awesome. Perfect temperature. We spent a ton of time swimming with our 7 year old daughter. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing Stay in Punta Mita!

The description and pics of the condo are spot on. It's clean, quiet day and night, and has everything you need right on the beach as advertised! Communication with Lety, the property manager and contact, is great. When we met our contact for the key and to be let in, a new 5 gallon water jug with pump and a new 10 pound bag of ice were brought straight from the store nearby. The whole town is super safe and all of the locals are so friendly. (Even though, the building is secure and requires fob or hard key access, so you feel double safe.) It' a 3 minute walk to the main drag in town, and the restaurant scene is amazing! We needed more than the 7 nights to enjoys all of the restaurants we wanted to. Don't ignore Casa del Pintor right across the street. Amazing fish and shrimp dishes as well as pizza if you're in that mood. The pool was never crowded and there were always chairs available. The pool and spa temps were just perfect. Parking on the street is plentiful. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!

Relaxing easy vacation

This 1-bedroom condo was very spacious, on the 5th floor, with one full wall of windows overlooking a breathtaking view. It never got old. We sat outside on the large patio or inside on the huge couch and just watched the seabirds play for hours. The surf was small... about 2 feet, but the sound of the ocean was still very loud and wonderful to hear. Surprisingly, there were no bugs in our condo! The property manager, Eloisa, was very kind and helpful! The transport to/from the airport went well... took about one hour. We walked everywhere else around us. The little village along the water to the north was an easy 5-10 minute walk away. Important note: the beach is very rocky and although the ocean did have some sandy bottom, there was also many rocks buried. With the surf pounding, it was very hard to get out there in bare feet. We got pretty scratched up. Bring water shoes... and even so, you'll have to be very careful. This isn't the type of beach to laid out on and dip in the water. Also, when we went in March 2023, there was street construction going on 2 blocks away between the condo and the little village... we were a bit worried at first to make the walk over dirt streets, rebar, and across a rickety plywood bridge to get to the village, but we did it 2-3 times a day and it turned out okay. We got lost the first day because we didn't think that was the correct way to go!

Awesome Property and Location!

My husband and I stayed in late October and absolutely loved the accommodation. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, the location was in walking distance to everything, the pool was beautiful, the other guests we met were lovely and the property management staff was excellent. We had a fabulous stay and I highly recommend this property!
