Spacious 2nd story private apartment located in tree-lined, bucolic neighborhood of Carriage Hills. Well lit with natural light, breakfast counter, and ample closet space.
Queen size bed sleeps 2. Should there be a travelling minor (3rd) they can conceivably fit on the loveseat or La-Z-Boy. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 minor.
Cable TV and high speed internet included.

Being a VRBO host allows me to meet-greet people from all over the world. Most guests choose to remain private during the stay which is fine but I am always available should guests need to inquire as to food, entertainment, diversions, or night on the town.
Why they chose this property
Carriage Hills is very quiet, safe, and a joy to walk in the morning for exercise and clear one's head for the day. There are many side roads in the neighborhood to take a walk and greet your fellow neighbors, most of whom will wave back. :-)
What makes this property unique
Besides it outstanding value it is also closely located (within 10-15 minutes) of all the great things to do in Greensboro. Serene and quiet it is also minutes away from major thoroughfares and expedited ways to get where you are going.
