Beautiful Golf Course property overlooking the 11th hole tee boxes of the Johnson Ranch championship 18 hole golf course. With a private heated pool and spa. Located in the quiet community of Johnson Ranch. Just 25 min from Williams Gateway Airport (Mesa) or 50 min from Sky Harbor. Walking distance of Fry’s, Walgreen's, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut, Bank of America and a large variety of restaurants for both takeout and eat in. This home is fully furnished and all the comforts of home and more. Gas BBQ, 60" TV( Family Room) and 42" TV ( Master Bedroom) plus 32" HDTV in every other bedroom, wireless Internet, phone and Satellite TV programming. The bedrooms have 1 - King bed in the master bedroom and queen size beds in other 3 bedrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops, SS refrigerator, dishwasher and range, reverse osmosis system and water softener.

For some reason we could not get into the pickleball courts with the security card.The hot tub was a little dirty, but the pool guy cleaned it before we left. Other than that, very enjoyable.

We had a blast The house is perfect. The Jacuzzi worked. We couldn’t get the lights on the putting green going, but Dean helped us out right away. House was really stocked with amenities. If you happen to be in Queens Creek this spot is a gem.

We loved the house, plenty of room for everyone. Pool and hot tub were great. Location on golf course was a nice setting. Close to hiking and shopping. Worked great for our family, in-laws and two teenagers.

This was a family get together, this house has everything you need, probably the most well stocked property I’ve ever stayed in. The pool and hot tub, as well as the lighting at night are amazing. TVs in every room. Amazing bedding , tons of towels etc. thank you!

March 2025 AZ Getaway

The house and property were as they were represented online. The backyard pool, hot tub, golf putting green, and nighttime lighting were just stunning. Dean was very responsive to all of our questions and was always available for immediate communication. He was awesome! We hosted three other couples throughout the month and everybody loved it. We would consider staying there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home over the Christmas break. We stayed here for two weeks with our daughter, her husband and our two grandsons. There was more than enough room to fit all of us comfortably. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our grandsons,.... and us too! The house was well equipped and the extra spices in the cupboard were a bonus! Dean was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The Wi-Fi kept dropping, but other than that, everything else was great!

Thanks Susan for your great review ! I just wanted to update you regarding the WiFi issue. We just returned from the property and there were some issue's with the Cox router, so I had the router replaced and also upgraded the service from 30 Mbps to 100 Mbps. Happy grandkids!!!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Dean’s lovely home in the Johnson Ranch neighborhood. The home is just 10 minutes from our daughter and her family so we were able to spend our time with our 5 grandchildren. The house is very close to restaurants, a Fry’s grocery and shopping. We grilled or cooked most meals and ate in the amazing backyard! There was plenty of room for us to eat, lounge, and swim. The pool is beautiful and the kids were enjoying it during our entire visit. There is also a large hot tub and a putting green which we also enjoyed. The house is large enough for families or groups. Kitchen is very well stocked. The house was very clean. The backyard is amazing. The location is excellent. For us, a very successful, relaxing visit with our daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren in a lovely location with beautiful weather!!
