Beautiful Golf Course property overlooking the 2nd hole tee boxes of the Johnson Ranch Championship 18-hole golf course. With a private heated pool and spa. Located in the quiet community of Johnson Ranch. Just 25 min from Williams Gateway Airport (Mesa) or 50 min from Sky Harbour. Within walking distance of Fry’s, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Pizza Hut, Bank of America, and a large variety of restaurants for both takeout and eat-in. Home Depot and Walmart are a short 5-minute drive away. This home is fully furnished and has all the comforts of home and more. Gas BBQ, 70" TV Family Room) and a 50" TV (Master Bedroom), plus a 32" HDTV in every other bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Cox TV programming. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds. The kitchen has granite countertops, an SS refrigerator, dishwasher, and range, a reverse osmosis system, and a water softener. One more note: if you're a country lover or just love a good steak, San Tan Flats is a must!
