Beautiful views off balcony onto Rathtrevor Beach with awesome access to beach. A wee bit pricey for not having in-suite laundry and access to pool on site.Issue with kitchen faucet (leaking) and toilet.

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The view was amazing and the resort was quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and it made for a perfect holiday!

We loved this condo. The views were breathtaking. The layout was excellent. It is an open concept plan and from the living room, kitchen, dining room area, and deck, you only see the beach and at times in the distance, you see cruise ships passing by. There is a steep but easy access to the beach. When the tide is out, you can easily walk to Rathtrevor Beach. You have total privacy from this unit. Plus, it is super quiet because it is the end condo. Also, the building layout has no other unit attached to it. One bedroom has an entrance way to one condo and the same entrance way to the one we stayed in so we heard no noise at all. The host was excellent. She responded immediately if we had a problem. She had everything we needed for entertainment. The bedroom with 2 beds had a tv and another one was in the living room. We highly recommend this place. Freida

Beautiful view

We had a wonderful time exploring the Parksville/Qualicum area from this cozy 2 bedroom condo with the gorgeous balcony view of the ocean and a toasty gas fireplace for those cool damp evenings after our hikes. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and our Host was very helpful when needed! Thank you Shannon!

Perfect getaway

Perfect location. Nice and private. Kitchen is well equipped with quality cookware. Beds are super comfortable. I can’t imagine a better view! We are already planning a return stay only longer. Home away from home. So grateful hosts share this quality home.

True waterfront location !

Many Parksville listings show beautiful views of Rathtrevor Beach but few have this view from the unit itself. This unit does - the view is certainly better than the pictures and provides great access to the beach and wonderful waterway watching any time of the year. Appreciated the spacious layout for our multigenerational family holiday. Will be back.

Excellent location and responsive host

My family of 6 travelled to Parksville for my brother’s wedding which took place at the resort next door. This was our first time in Parksville and we were impressed with the location— lots of things to do, beautiful hikes, great bakeries and restaurants. The week started with a few cold and rainy days and ended with bright sunshine. The location of the unit is excellent- when it was raining we had beautiful views and once the rain ended we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We had some great walks on the beach, saw bald eagles. The fireplace was great to come back to after a very cold day whale watching. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed to do some cooking. I would definitely come back if we are ever in the area again!
