Summary:

A quiet modern retreat in The Nations — and your dog is welcome. A king bed, full kitchen with a big island for cooking or working, fast WiFi and polished concrete floors on a residential street. England Park is a two-minute walk for morning laps with the dog, with Frankie's, Fat Bottom Brewing and neighborhood coffee close by. Downtown is about ten minutes out. Self check-in, easy parking, private entrance. Built for two: couples, solo travelers and longer stays. Guest favorite, 186 stays.



The Space:

- Pet Fee-$100 which is not included in the Booking rate!

- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM.

- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.



This ground-level condo was thoughtfully designed to give you a comfortable and modern place to call home while visiting Nashville. The main living area has a new sofa, a smart TV with access to your streaming services, and a large well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.



The bedroom has a dresser and walk-in closet to store all of your belongings, and a private washer & dryer. The bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower with marble tile and a large marble vanity - great for getting ready!

KEYLESS ENTRY:

Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique keypad code that will serve as your keyless entry to the condo during your stay. Access is all keyless entry and you can come and go as you please.

This Nashville condo is very basic like a Holiday Inn in the indoor furnishings but was well located and is ideal for bringing dogs since there is a nice park about a block from the door. We found it quiet and well priced. Neighbors were quiet and respectful and so were we. The reliable air conditioning was the most important thing for us this August!

Great Overnight Stay

My husband, our 2 dogs and myself stopped for one night in Nashville. It was a fun little stay and this apartment was a great fit. The place is very well maintained and clean. It is also close to restaurants and downtown.

Great location w/ so much around!

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. We loved having the opportunity to bring BOTH our dogs with us. It made traveling much smoother not having to board them for such a short weekend. Great spots around to dine or hangout and only minutes from Broadway. Highly recommend this location!

Great stay!

I had an amazing experience booking with James! Not only was the house in the most perfect condition for guests, but James is outstanding at communicating and will be glad to assist you with any troubles. Fun in Nashville

The Nations is a family neighborhood very easy and safe to walk in. Its also just a 10 minute drive to downtown so also great for enjoying the Nashville nightlife. This apartment is very clear and well furnished and the host is extremely responsive. I highly recommend it.

Terrific place

Really nice apartment, plenty of room and all the appointments necessary. A good place to work for the week while in Nashville. Loved the decor, feel and the neighborhood - a cool new area in The Nations. I appreciated the lovely black out curtains, allowed for uninterrupted sleep. I'll be back!

Fantastic 1st trip to music city!

This is a great property close to all of the action in Nashville! The property has been updated and decorated nicely. All of the amenities needed are provided. It’s a short and inexpensive Uber ride to anywhere you want to go on broadway, midtown or any of the happening Nashville areas. The hosts were very accommodating and tended to all of our needs. We loved that we were able to bring our four legged fur baby with us! There is no pet fee and the neighborhood is great for walking your four legged companions! We would definitely visit and book another stay.

Great Place! Just Needs a Couple of Upgrades

Great place and great location. Clean. The coffee you provide is great! The sofa needs replacing—it dips so low in the middle that it’s quite difficult to get up. I don’t think there are any springs left. And the bed—whoa! So rickety. The slightest movement made it rattle and squeak, and the mattress felt worn and lumpy. The bedroom has enough space for a king bed; I would recommend an upgrade. Lastly, given that I pointed out the inconsistencies in the pet fee, the customer service-forward gesture would have been to charge me the prior fee of 50.
