The Space:
This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment located on Lake Balboa is just steps away from the Balboa Beach where you can swim, grill, hike, and much more! There is a newly developed playground perfect for children as well. There is a King Bed in the Master Bedroom and a beautiful Master Bath. In the second bedroom there is a Queen bed, and in the living area, there are two sofas that fold out to beds as well. These areas share a second bathroom. The view from the Deck is spectacular! The Apartment is located above the Marina convenience store where they serve food and sell all kinds of items you may need for your trip. 

The Marina is located next door to The Sunset Grill, where you will find Great food, Desserts, Cocktails and an Outside Deck overlooking Lake Balboa!

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

No parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Lake Balboa is the biggest lake in the Village and also has a sanded beach with pavilions that have picnic tables and grills. There is also a playground for young children to play on as well as walking trails for the whole family.

Ask at the Marina about boat and kayak rentals!

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

Other Things to Note:
Guests can park in the Marina parking lot on the left side where they can easily walk down the pathway that leads to the back of the building where you will see stairs to go up to the apartment labeled "B."

Balboa Beach is within walking distance from the Apartment.
