This house is all about the lake! The beautiful lake view is visible from the screen porch, the back deck, the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. The large boat house is yours to use for your boat, to fish or swim. There are also 2 Kayaks for you to enjoy during your stay, life jackets provided. This house is located on the Best Fishing Cove on Lake Balboa! If you love the lake, you will love this house!

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. You will be in the mountains and cell service is hit or miss so we recommend you print the instructions.

This property is pet-friendly, just make sure you keep your dog on a leash when outside as Hot Springs Village has a strict leash law.

This home is exactly as advertised. It is well-equipped with everything your family needs for a comfortable stay. The location is so nice and quiet. We loved the screened porch overlooking the water. We enjoyed all the amenities that HSV has to over. We would certainly stay here again.

The place was actually better than the pictures. The area was beautiful and conveniently located close to areas you would want to frequent while in Arkansas. The owner was very quick to reply to all communications. Highly recommend.
