I already gave my feedback directly to the property manager. Nice place but the car port is too small for the SUV.- No cleaning spray to offer to clean- No scent spray for the bathrooms- No cup for brushing teeth- No Kleenex- No labels on dishwasher or laundry soaps- No coffee, spices, surgar, etc to offer- Shampoo and conditioner are not new and it was used- No streaming apps- Show the compass on the map of the complex- The dumpster has a lock so can't throw trash in it- Where do we put dirty towels so we need a basket? - The balcony door in the bedroom is not locked and can't lock- Another bedroom door keeps opening itself

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We will use your feedback to better inform future guests. Many of these items were addressed in the terms and conditions you signed. We don't supply consumable items except for the starter supply noted in your emails. If items are left you are free to use them but we do not refresh or guarantee them. Most of our rentals do not have toothbrush cups but kitchen cups may be used. We have updated the description to clarify that streaming logins are needed. Most smart TVs and fire sticks have additonal free apps and channels. We will also update the size of the car port. Parking in the complex is open. There is a pole on the slider to block it from being opened when not in use. None of the dumpsters are locked and are on the complex map. There is a latch on the dumpster to keep the bears from opening them. This latch opens easily without any keys. Hopefully you were able to decipher the location on the complex map as the units are all numbered. Thank you again, we have made some updates. Sun Bear
