Needs better communication

Overall it’s in a good location. Even though the property manager does reply, she does not follow through. No television for a month and never bothered to fix it.. the internet is a nightmare so they give you their pass word to connect but it’s so slow I lost a lot of time with my students. I was told that they would call spectrum to come and fix it but they never did. They buy time by making fake promises. They will not contact you by phone no matter what you ask for or what complaint you have. The shower curtain I changed and placed a new liner as the old one was filthy. The tub does not drain well either and the washing machine and drier are a joke. I don’t know if it had better communications and followed through to assure the guest was happy, I would not have written this review.
