Excellent place to stay if you love being on a lake, having a pool and want to be a little bit further away from the hustle bustle of downtown Austin. The host has an excellent network of other service providers and great suggestions for restaurants, bars other things to do!

Great location, awesome house, and good host. However we didn’t take any comforters or pillows lol. Also neighbors express they hate this place is a VRBO due to many guests throwing parties past quiet hours.

I love hosting and I work very hard with my guests to communicate. We do have one awful neighbor who is very unkind. Our house in impeccable and our ratings show this. I have explained to her I would never suggest anyone took anything on purpose. We are missing from Jades stay a comforter, two pillow cases, a pillow sham, and have two torn shams

Great views

Host was good about reaching out to make sure we didn't have any concerns before, during, or after our stay. Loved the infinity pool, viewing deck & was in a great spot for paddle boarding & watching the sunset. Plenty of games and space for our group of 10. Hot tub was a bit confusing to operate and I wish the boat/jet skis were included with the house fee but overall great place. Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful house, only outdone by our host Joy. Incredibly accommodating, responsive and an overall pleasure to work with. She responded immediately to any requests and even offered to do more than requested. I will certainly be back.

The house was as spectacular as it looked in the photos. Our party had 12 women and we spent the entire weekend on the deck and in the pool. In the evening, there is a perfect view of the sunset.There were a couple of things we needed help with from the homeowner during our stay, and she was very prompt getting back with us.The listing says 4 cars max and this needs to be respected. Do not think you can squish another car, you can't. We found a surface lot close by and just shuttled at the beginning and end of the stay so it was no big deal. We would definitely stay again and I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a fabulous getaway!
