1. Respect the Neighbors
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please keep noise levels respectful at all times. This is a peaceful residential community.
2. Occupancy Limit
• Maximum guests allowed: 8
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests are not allowed.
3. Age Requirement
• The primary guest must be at least 25 years old.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-outs may be available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance for approval.

5. Smoking Policy
• This is a non-smoking property.
Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is not permitted inside the condo or on the lanai/balconies.
A $250 fee will apply for violations.

6. Pets
• No pets allowed.
For the comfort of all guests, animals are not permitted. Unauthorized pets may result in a fee and removal from the property.

7. Pool & Ocean Safety
• Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
• Ocean conditions vary daily. Please follow posted safety signs and never leave children unattended.

8. Caring for the Condo
• Please treat the home with care and leave it in generally tidy condition.
Excessive cleaning may result in an additional charge.
• Report any damage promptly so we can address it right away.
• Please do not rearrange furniture.

9. Prohibited Activities
• No parties, events, or gatherings.
Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited.

10. Linens & Kitchen Use
• Please do not remove linens or towels from the condo.
• Kindly wash dishes and tidy the kitchen after use. Do not leave food or trash behind.

11. Parking
• Use only the assigned parking spaces.
Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.

• Please turn off lights, fans, and electronics when not in use.
