This condo was perfect for our family. The 3 full bathrooms were great. Excellent location to beach and pool. Caribbean fish market is delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

John got back to me on any questions that we had. It was great to rent from him.Suggestions I would have would be to invest in a new toaster and noodles for swimming. The electric was a little sketchy. Not a problem for us but would hate to see it start a fire.

the host was accommodating. We did have to contact the manager because there wasn't gas for the gas grill. We didn't think it was our responsibility to get a new propane tank if the one at the house was empty. We were disappointed that we couldn't use the grill.

Perfect location for a family getaway. Nice and safe area to Red Hook and St John Ferry. The property is just as pictured, very big rooms and shared space.

Condos are a little older but in a nice area close to Red Hook.. Whole condo was spacious :three bedroom with 3 private bathrooms was a great feature. It was no step walking getting to pool and beach, but walking to the condo was a lot of stairs. Landscaping was well maintained in most areas. Pool area /hot tub area was very nice, for some reason though water level was down about a foot on the saturday we left. From our porch we saw where pool was , but could not see pool or the beach.. Kitchen very equipped with everything we needed for our group.

Love love love cowpet bay and St Thomas. Third time here, first time in this condo. Pros: 1..Truly one of the only condos with no steps to the beach/pool. Location was fantastic. 2. Beds were very comfortable in every room. 3. On site contact was very receptive, quick to answer and was great to work with. Cons:1. Furniture - not enough seating for 6 people and broken furniture (owner reports sofa is being replaced, so could be fixed)2. No broom or vacuum or anything to clean up sand etc 3. "First floor" condo along a walking path to the pool (PRO), but the con is no curtains or blinds in the family room, so very visible to all who walk by. 4. Older and outdated microwave and coffee pot - not a deal breaker by any means, but to be aware the coffee pot makes lukewarm coffee and the microwave takes 3-5 x longer to heat then a normal microwave.

Thanks for the constructive feedback. We have a brand new sofa now, we've replaced the microwave and coffee put just in case and we've but a broom and brush in the condo. They should've been there anyway, but occasionally go 'walkabout' with the cleaning team. Hope to have you back soon.

Beauty in Paradise

The condo is beautiful, with an amazing view. Very close to beach and pool. Restaurants steps away and very tasty. Very responsive manager. We rented car from owner as well-very easy and made the stay wonderful!

St Thomas vacation

The property was well-maintained, and a perfect location to the pool and beach. The pool and beach area are clean and well cared for. The manager John was friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. The location was perfect to take the ferry to St. John’s, go out to dinner in Redhook, and only about 15 minutes away from swimming with dolphins. Overall a great vacation, great location.

It really is closest

We were 6 adults and 2 kids, and were very comfortable. The pool is only about 50 feet away, and the beach just beyond the pool! There’s a fine dining restaurant adjacent to the pool (Caribbean Fish Market), and a beach side cafe that serves breakfast and lunch, as well as pizza from 6-8 PM. It was a lovely, laid back visit!

Steps for everything you need

Our stay at Cowpet West was just what we needed! The unit is a few short steps from the pool, hottub, beach, and both restaurants. The condo is also stocked with the amenties you need for a relaxing beach getaway, with the conveniences of home like widgets for streaming services, laundry, and cooking and dinnerware.
