Up to six Lucky travelers will feel at home in this two story apartment, just a stone's throw away from Forsyth Park. The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Chic decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the second floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A half-bath has been tucked between the kitchen, and living room, ideal for guests who will be using the queen-size sleeper sofa.

The bright and airy kitchen features an ample amount of counter space, including a large island that can seat your entire group. Guests will enjoy having modern conveniences, such as stainless appliances, and a full-size washer/dryer. Enjoy a glass of wine or a morning cup of joe on the balcony that sits off of the kitchen.

Head upstairs to find two bedrooms, that are furnished with a king and queen size bed. The master bedroom floods with natural light, a flat screen TV, en suite bath with standing shower and a spacious walk-in closet. Next door, the second bedroom is home to a queen size bed and a second en suite bath with tub/shower combo!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fantastic, and as far as the layout and amenities, the property description was accurate. Unfortunately, the property was only clean on the surface level - the baseboards, walls, floors, and corners in the space were very dirty.

Bathrooms need the toilet paper holders with the tops bent, hard to track in back of toilet for paper. Little shower needs a rod with a bend on it. Hard to turn without hitting the curtain.

Beautiful stay during Christmas. The host was acommodating when asked for measuring cups/spoons for the kitchen and brought over same day. Bathrooms are small and there weren't any hooks to hang hand towels. Beds were comfortable. This place is conveniently located across the street from Forsyth Park with a nice brunch spot there as well. Kroger is right around the corner and walkable for light loads. I liked the reserved parking spot so I didn't have to find street parking. You also have the option of taking the DOT bus system which is free. Overall good place to be and I would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable, Little less than one mile walk to the river area. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was the only meal we at in and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed.

Lovely location overlooking oldest Live Oak tree & easy walk to the fountain in Forsyth Park. bathroom d/s is tight quarters but kitchen is nice & bedrooms with bathrooms very accommodating & quiet.

Perfect location for a long weekend in Savannah!

We loved this stay- great unit, very clean, perfect location. Getting in and out of the en suite bathrooms upstairs was a little tight for plus-size guests, but other than that the unit was absolutely perfect!

Historic Savannah Getaway

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Savannah. We did not want to rent a car and we were able to get around easily using the DOT bus, the Hop On Trolley and walking. We spent five full days exploring the city and would love to come back.

Absolutely Wonderful

The apartment was a great place to stay; clean, cute and a great location with Forsyth Park right across the street. Sheets were clean and crisp, plenty of towels and all the amenities we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Great location. Nice updates but pics are deceiving. We found all bathrooms to be extremely small. Kitchen needs more essential tools like a can opener, spatulas and scissors.

Overall our group of 4 enjoyed the location, the amenities, and the info received about the property. Areas that could be improved: One ensuite did not have a mirror and should have. Black-out curtains in the bedrooms would be nice. WiFi was spotty and was painful to use at times.

It was Clean

While the apartment was clean bathrooms made out of closets, it had no space to work. Very good if you are a minimalist. I personally would not stay there again, not my style.
