We had a wonderful time here. The place was perfect for two adults and a one year old baby. We enjoyed the views from the deck and the setup was great for what we needed. We appreciated the prompt communication and comfortable space with everything we needed!

Everything was as pictured…a cozy updated cabin within close proximity to downtown Guerneville. Only negative is that it is very close to the main road so was pretty noisey to sit out front on the deck…quieter sitting in the back.

This was the best property we have ever rented in the Russian River/Guerneville area. Everything we. Ould sdk for or dream of was there. The property is nestled in a forest of redwoods that is magical. The jacuzzi was the best we have ever experienced. All the amenities were wonderful and we just loved being there. It was clearly our favorite place and we hope to return to it

Lexi‘s place was fantastic. We loved being located so close to Stumptown brewery and only a short walk into downtown Guerneville. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and looking up at the stars at night. I would absolutely recommend it to a friend! Thank you, Lexi.

We had a really memorable trip to Guerneville recently. The cabin was spotless and comfortable and communication with host Lexi was outstanding. The cabin is even nicer than it looks in the pics. We came for the redwoods but were blown away by the coastal beauty. The cabin is centrally located for exploring and is a short drive from the Santa Rosa airport...it was very low fuss flying in from Southern California, renting a car, and finding the cabin. Parking tip: drive a little past the parking spot, then back in! Thanks again, we had a great trip.

Could not have been better! Lexi was a great host, notifying us that the property was ready a little earlier than planned and also offering later checkout. House was clean and well stocked. Hot tub was luxurious and back patio was private. Even found some goodies in the fridge. The driveway was a little challenging to maneuver due to the steep hill, but otherwise we were so happy with the accommodations and close proximity to Guerneville charms. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our trip and Lexi was a great host and was super communicative. The entire process was super simple and easy and we had a great time. Walking to town was super easy and the home itself was cozy and lovely to hang out in, especially the hot tub. Would definitely come back, we loved it.

The cottage was delightful, nestled among redwood trees. It was clean and cozy, yet had all the amenities necessary to cook full meals. There was excellent heating and probably cooling, but we didn't need it. The best was a completely private back patio area with a hot tub.Our host, Lexi, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
