Everything about our stay was amazing Beginning with the communication of our host ,who was always available for any issues we had,and checked in frequently to make sure things were going wellThe condo is beautifully decorated,and had everything we needed , including well equipped kitchen and everything needed for the beachWe had access to bicycles as well.The dunes is a very welcoming community,beautiful pools ,restaurant,and awesome work out facility We couldn’t have been happier and look forward to returning again next year

We chose The Dunes because it truly offers something for everyone. If you are looking for a resort-style experience, you can spend the day at the community pool, where the staff is attentive and welcoming, and enjoy lunch at the pool bar or full-service restaurant. If you would rather stay on the property for dinner, there is also an excellent restaurant just a minute from the condo.

For a quieter afternoon, the pool behind the building is a peaceful retreat, perfect for reading a book or taking a nap. The condo is also just a 10-minute walk from beautiful Vanderbilt Beach, where you can relax on the sand or swim in the Gulf. For those who like to stay active, pickleball and tennis courts are also just a short walk away.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is designed to feel like your home away from home, with everything you need for a comfortable and easy stay. Guests have access to three bicycles to enjoy rides around Naples, along with plenty of beach gear, including seven beach chairs, a beach tent, a wagon, towels, a cooler, and beach toys. To top it off, all furniture and appliances in the condo are new as of 2024 and 2025.
