Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all garbage is removed completely from the property and disposed of in the community garbage disposal next to the member services office on Decker.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No 3rd party bookings. Guest of record must be present during time of stay. $75 additional fee may be charged for last minute bookings.
Fire pit must be SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES and FULLY EXTINGUISHED when done. Only cut wood may be burned and EMBER SCREEN must be used.

We had an amazing time! Made Smores by the fire, visited Bushkill Falls, and the beds were so comfortable. We had rain one day so it was great to have a variety of board games to pick from. Michael, the host, was readily available to answer any questions we had. The house is in a great location and close to many activities and restaurants. We plan to go back again next year!

Amazing property and location

I would highly recommend this house for staying because of the cleanliness, amenities and directions were clear and wasy to follow. Everything was organzied and it was so easy to communicate with the host.It was just like a house away from home. This house is just perfect, kitchen is compact and contains everthing one needs. Beds are comfortable, bathroom and deck are excellent and the location is incredible. Would love to come back and stay here in future.
