Belle Rive

Let go and reward yourself. The massive 3,000 sf of space at Belle Rive (pronounced "bell reev") is the very definition of relaxing luxury. After a hard day's play in the surf and sand on your private access beach, rinse Fido and yourself in the outdoor shower complete with thermostatic controls, body jets, a hand wand and foot wash -- then choose from barbecuing in your outdoor living area, jumping in the sauna, or bubbling in your hot tub. Then dry off and drop into the gourmet kitchen to play sous chef as you prep a snack on your upscale appliances before popping into the game room and challenging the kids to a rousing game on the brand new PS4 Pro, or make some ice cream and watch a movie on the 75" UHD 4K TV.

Then ... tuck them into their very own queen-size, memory foam beds and sneak away to relax with the drink of your choice in front of a cozy gas fire and your own 55" TV (complete with XBox) chat with family and friends at the fire pit, or just sit and enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean tides from the deck.

If XBOX is your thing, stay upstairs and play to your heart's content on the 55" UHD 4K TV, or cruise around on Netflix or cable to find the movie of your choice. (You can use your own Netflix account, or ours...) We have ChromeCast as well, so if you've downloaded something you'd like to watch, just "cast" it to the TV and you're all set.

***Some booking platforms may not show that we charge a pet fee. We LOVE pets, but need to collect a small amount to ensure the carpets are kept nice, etc. Ask about the fee at time of booking if you don't see it on your quote.

This is our third time staying here and we keep coming back for the location and the ocean view. We really appreciated the coziness and warmth of the fireplace during the many storms during our stay. We also appreciated how communicative the host was with us while we experienced a power outage.

Perfect family getaway

We loved our stay at Belle Rive! Highlights were the wonderful view and beach access, large enough dining area for our whole family, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking accessories, and large bedrooms with bathrooms. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. We hope to stay here again!

Belle Rive is a beautiful home with million dollar ocean views. It has an amazing kitchen that is extremely well stocked with quality dinnerware, table ware and every spice you can imagine. It was a joy to cook in and gather around the island. There are very thoughtful amenities throughout the house. There is a stairway to the beach that can be challenging for some but it is just a short few blocks walk to easy beach access. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had and were very welcoming. We will be back in better weather so we can enjoy the amazing patio and hot tub (which is covered). Without a doubt the best VRBO rental we have ever experienced.

Everything we needed and more!

Communication with Marty is best-in-class. We appreciated her letting us know when the property was available for check-in. Belle Rive checks all the boxes. It has ample space everywhere (bedrooms, living room seating, dining seating (indoors and out). Stunning views, beach access, closeness to amazing tide pools are a real plus. Backyard patio amenities are exceptional.

Perfect for our family get-together

The Belle Rive is so beautiful and was perfect for our family get-together. The kitchen is well-appointed to make meal prep easy for the family. The leather recliners, blankets, and foot massagers make it extra cozy to watch the ocean waves from the living room. Beds are very comfortable too. Easy beach access for everyone to enjoy a stroll. We will stay again!

Our 50th Anniversary With Our Family

The Belle Rive was such a beautiful place to stay with our family for much needed time together. The view was fabulous and the property had everything that everyone needed. Girlfriend Getaway

We had the most fabulous girlfriend getaway. Marty was awesome at fulfilling all our needs. We had the most enjoyable relaxing week, watching the waves, walking on the beach, soaking in the hot tub. We totally unplugged and just visited with each other and played a few card games. Thanks Marty our stay was just what we all needed. I would love to come back again for another stay.

Piece of Paradise

We had a great stay, Marty has spent a lot of time and resources to create a peaceful getaway! Our dog LOVED the beach and water and my husband loved the recliner and foot massager!! Sunset’s are smack dab in front of you, bird activity is great to watch! Hot tub and sauna are AWESOME and a great kitchen to work with! Everything you need right in one place! Amazing house!!

Don’t delay… rent this house! Beautiful inside and out, big rooms, big kitchen. It was exceptionally clean and felt very luxurious. Do you love coffee? There’s a Keurig in each bathroom plus a coffee pot, Keurig and espresso machine in the kitchen! The hot tub is great! Lots of beach toys, games, puzzles, books and movies. And the communication with the owners was the best I’ve ever had! Truly a great rental!

Perfection!

We loved our stay here. House was spotlessly clean, and well stocked. I have never seen so many high quality robes and towels available for use. Appliances are top of the line. Everything was comfortable, the views are stunning! The hot tub and the sauna were in perfect working condition and we spent a lot of time there. The outdoor shower is HEATED which is just another example of how well the hosts think out their guests stay. Marty was an excellent host who was clearly enthusiastic about us making the most of a vacation that was desperately needed. Highly recommend, and we will booking again in the future.

Simply Beautiful

The house was amazing. Super clean. Had many wonderful amenities. There was plenty of space for our family of six and the dog. There were even items for the dog like food/water dishes, pet bed, & toys. The host, Marty, was great, easy to keep in touch with when needed, and provided great information for our stay. The house had such incredible views of the ocean and you could hear the waves crashing. We were able to spot sea lions from the balcony. We were able to get to the beach from the house, but it was quite a walk. However, there was a public access point about a 1-2 minute drive down the street. There’s a grocery store about a 5 minute drive down the street, so getting food to cook in the great kitchen was easy. We absolutely loved our time there and were sad to leave.

Fantastic beach home with SO MANY extra amenities!

We LOVED our stay at Belle Rive! This was our 3rd stay at this property, and we will be back. The view alone is worth the price of admission. Stunning. We are big fans of the well-stocked kitchen & the beautiful live-edge dining table with a generous number of seats! Perfect for a big family meal or game night. The 5 (!) recliner chairs in the living room meant everyone was comfortable while watching the view. We were 3 separate families, each able to have our own comfortable & well-appointed private space & bathroom. The beds are comfortable, lots of pillows and sleeping arrangement options. The small touches like soft bathrobes in each room, extra blankets & retractable sun/rain cover on the upper patio make it so comfortable to use all of the spaces & feel cozy. We enjoyed having the use of two BBQ grills, the fun covered hot tub & outdoor shower. The private beach access (be prepared for some stairs & to climb a few rocks at the base of the stairs!) and the location as the closest house possible to God’s Thumb really do make this location ideal. We visited during a minus tide and were able to explore typically-hidden tide pools and find agates! Don’t hesitate, book this great place. You won’t regret it!

Why they chose this property

Belle Rive is a dream come true for us. We purchased this home in July of 2017 and have been working frantically ever since to make the experience of spending time here a dream for you as well.

We tried to put as much of the stuff we love into this place as possible. We love storm watching, whale watching, playing with our pup on the beach, cuddling on a cozy sofa with good food and good friends in front of a a fire and letting the sound of the surf lull us to sleep on beds we positively sink into.
