Disappointment with Rental Property

I recently stayed at this rental property and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Although the host was very responsive, that’s the only positive think I have to say. Upon arrival, I immediately sensed something was off. The beds in two of the rooms lacked headboards, which made them uncomfortable and uninviting. Additionally, one bed didn't even have a box spring, leaving me with a poor night's sleep.To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the property was below my expectations. It was clear that attention to detail was lacking in preparation for guests. Unfortunately, I should have trusted my instincts when I first pulled up; the place felt unwelcoming. I tried to give it a fair chance, but with no possibility of a refund after booking, I was stuck.I will not be booking here again and would advise others to consider these issues before making a reservation.

Disappointed with accommodation

Door lock never worked. Surface clean but I dropped something on the floor and looking under the bed it was dirty. Very limited kitchen items only 2 coffee cups and only 1 glass Sofa was very hard and uncomfortable There were spiders inside of the house. Unable to control thermostat There were not fans in all rooms so some were quite warm Wish there were TV’s in each room
