Family Easter vacation

The property was lovely and great for a family. Our daughter has a new baby, and it was wonderful for all of us to be together. We walked everywhere, as the property is just a few blocks from the village of La Jolla. Just an FYI - The home is built on a hill, so it’s a bit steep to walk up to the driveway and there are quite a few steps in the house. Overall it was a great house!

This house was perfect for our group trip. I loved how clean and specious the house was. The amenities were top notch. The view was gorgeous and the closeness to town was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this property for anyone!

La Jolla stay March 2025

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Jolla and the property. La Jolla is beautiful and this house is in a wonderful location, walking distance from many restaurants, shops and La Jolla attractions. We had some issues during the stay but they were promptly addressed by the management staff. The only negative was the condition of some of the furniture within the rental. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would recommend this property.

Family trip

Beautiful home and location were spot on. The kitchen was perfect for having a chef prepare dinner one night. I’m would recommend anyone who doesn’t mind stairs to stay in this home. Furniture is in need of update in living room to accommodate 10 people. The decor and bathrooms were a plus.

Amazing property!!

We came to town for a wedding. This house was rented last minute and by far exceeded our expectations. It had everything we need in a rental. The kitchen has high-end appliances, great for cooking. The craftsmanship is amazing. The home had plenty of space, beds and bathrooms for everyone. The communication from the property management was top notch. We rent homes several times a year and this has been the best one by far! We had family in and out all week and they all said the home was gorgeous and we had so much space. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed taking walks, sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean, or walking to La Jolla village for shopping and dinner. And the house is very clean! A must for any rental for us. You will not be disappointed in this house. The only thing to consider are there are a lot of stairs, going in and out of the dining are, front door, to the laundry room, down stairs to bedrooms or upstairs to bedrooms. It was not an issue for us but if you have mobility issues this might not work. But still it was a spectacular home!

Nice house in a great location

The house is very nicely designed with luxury finishes. Great location, easy walk to the beach and downtown La Jolla. Host was very responsive. The driveway is located on a steep hill, so be prepared for your car to bottom out when coming and going. The floors and walls are also very thin so be prepared to hear effing. An overall very nice experience though.

One of the Best Properties Ever

I rented the property for my myself and my business associates to stay at while in San Diego for week long meetings. This is far and away one of the best properties I’ve ever rented. Great location, plenty of room, nice finishes, good views, nice neighborhood, and great communication from property manager. Highly recommend this house for families and friends.

Beautiful, brand new home. Just beware of stairs.

Couldn't have been better, unless they allowed guest to use the elevator, as this property is 3 floors. Fortunately you enter on the 2nd floor, so most guests only use one flight, either up to bedrooms or down to bedrooms. Overall we loved this property, the design even inspired my sister's own home remodeling.

50th Wedding Anniversary

There was a group of 6 of us staying here for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and we had the most amazing vacation. The home is in a perfect location, in a quiet neighborhood on a hill with ocean views and within walking distance to many shops, great restaurants and beaches in La Jolla. The kitchen is a chef's kitchen and stocked with everything we needed along with high end appliances and a beautiful ocean view. All the bathrooms were good sizes with walk in showers and 3 of the 5 bedrooms also provided amazing ocean views. We were also pleasantly surprised to have all the beach necessities; towels, beach chairs and boogie boards that we all enjoyed. If you're looking for the perfect family vacation home this is a jewel and we would definitely stay here again. The only negatives were we felt that since there was a limit on how low we could set the a/c it would of been great to have fans in the bedrooms to supplement and help with keeping the rooms cooler at night. Also there was a small ant issue we had in one of the guest bathrooms, but the management team was very quick to respond. These small critiques didn't warrant not giving this beautiful place a 5 star rating. This was the perfect house for our family and we made some amazing memories for my parents 50th anniversary that we will never forget. Thank you so much!

Back again! Another wonderful experience.

This was the second time we stayed at this property and we will be back again. The property and location is ideal. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and more. The layout of the home is ideal for families that love bring together and also great when you want a little privacy. Can’t wait to book the property again.

5 Star Vacation Home!

Wow, this is a 5 star home! You can tell the home is brand new, everything is so beautifully designed. The ocean views are amazing. The outdoor patios were so nice to have, especially because the neighborhood is quiet. We had 10 people in our group but with the bedrooms split up on different floors everyone was very comfortable. 710 was very helpful throughout the process, they really made it feel like a home away from home for us! We loved the entire experience and we can't wait to come back!

Our favorite home ever!

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The house is spacious and decorated beautifully, the kitchen has high end appliances, the views are amazing and it’s walking distance to the village (10-15 min walk). We will try to book again in the future!

Perfect house for family vacation.

what a beautiful, wonderfully designed home from top to bottom. We had 9 people in our group and never once did we feel crowded. The patios and decks were terrific to enjoy the ocean air and views. Walking distance to everything... highly recommend this 5 star property.
