What a cute little place tucked neatly in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for us two gals. The shower was awesome and the toiletries and sheets were luscious! Check in was easy. Private and very safe. Super clean and well stocked. Perfect little getaway for two.

A cozy hide-away

The property is set back in a lovely garden in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access and great communication with owners. VERY comfortable beds and pillows and all around a wonderful stay. A five-minute drive to shops and a very short drive to Arroyo Village, which is precious.

Nice place

Lovely host and location. We liked the garden area. The layout is a bit quirky, because the bathroom is between the living room area and the bedroom, you have to walk through it to get the other side. Otherwise, very nice.

Very accommodating stay for a coastal getaway!

Very impressed with the comfortable setting. Kitchen has everything you might need to enjoy a cooked meal, and all spaces had thoughtful touches. Maggie is very friendly and courteous! The garden area is very mindful and welcoming as well. Would highly recommend and return for our next trip!

a hide-away retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is hidden away from the street and in a quiet neighborhood. A lovely whimsical garden in front as well as a furnished patio. The beds and pillows are sooooo comfortable! Lots of light and a cheerful interior, and a 5-minute drive to shopping. The bathroom connects the bedroom and living room, but with some coordination, it wasn't a problem. Very cozy and hope to come back.

Loved it !

We were visiting our son and his family in San Luis Obispo and wanted to stay in something roomier than a hotel room. This place was so clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. The kitchen was very nice and the outdoor space was beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

My husband and i visited the area for a wedding. This was our first time using a bnb also. The propeery outside was very private and quite. The landscape was beautiful and so peaceful. It felt like your own secret garden. Inside was cozy and accommodating. Perfect weekend getaway!!

Enjoyable Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We met the owner who was very nice, but we had lots of privacy. The yard atmosphere was so pleasant and calming. The kitchen was roomy and everything was as described. The bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed using the outdoor Bbq. We felt safe and had no problems. Thank you, Maggie for a wonderful getaway. We will be back.

What a gem!

This Garden Getaway is all we hoped for, and more. Maggie and Don are wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to assure our birthday vacation in AG was perfect. We enjoyed the cottage but the garden was spectacular. It's close to restaurants and shopping, and has everything you'll need to cook gourmet meals. Pismo Beach is only a few minutes away. We plan to return soon. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

It was clean and we enjoyed our stay but the bathroom was a little below when I had hope for no room to lay anything out and the shower was quite small

We typically lay our things on the sink, closed toilet top, or on the bed (a few feet away) However we understand if this is not something you prefer. No one has complained about it before, so we never knew it to be a problem. We will look into adding extra hooks and storage to hang/place things on. We appreciate your feedback as it allows us the opportunity to fix things that need improvement."
