Stay close to Deer Valley Resort Base at this luxurious mountain home! Located five minutes right at the base of Deer Valley Resort, from Abode at Deer Lake Village, you'll beat the mountain traffic each day with a short walk that will get you on the slopes or hiking trails in no time!
This four bedroom, fours bathroom property is perfect for a big group. In the summer you will find yourself hanging out at the deck with great green views, a short walk away from the Deer Valley Ponds, stocked with small trout for catch-and-release fishing. You can walk or ride a bike along the flat terrain while stand-up paddle boarders and kayakers paddle the waterway. At the end of an adventure-filled day, relax in your private hot tub while plotting tomorrow's lines with unbeatable views from an expansive deck with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating.
Take advantage of the complimentary ski shuttle to the slopes only steps from the backdoor making it a great location for a ski trip. After a fun day on the mountain, sit next to the homey wood fireplace in the living room with an open floor plan, the dining table seats eight comfortably and two at the breakfast bar, the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need for big prep meals.
This beautiful location usually does not have very many people around considering the proximity to busy Main Street. Additional amenities include private garage parking, complimentary high-speed wifi, and washer & dryer in the unit. You'll also be steps away from one of the free in-town bus stops where you can hop on and go just about anywhere throughout the area including Downtown Park City and Kimball Junction.
To ensure a seamless experience, each rental allows up to two vehicles, with additional parking available offsite. Overnight visitor parking requires HOA approval, and all vehicles must be parked in designated spaces—street parking and garage obstruction are not permitted. Recreational and oversized vehicles may be on-site briefly for loading and unloading, with a maximum allowance of four hours within a 48-hour period. Long-term parking beyond 48 hours is not permitted, and vehicles must not obstruct snow removal. For the safety and convenience of all residents and guests, a 15 mph speed limit is in effect. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
