Great Location for Deer Valley Skiing

The house was comfortable for our family of 4 and was a great location for skiing deer valley. Beds and couch were all comfortable and the indoor hot tub was very nice.

Fun weekend in deer valley

Great condo! Would definitely stay here again. Just a 3 min drive to snow park base, it was Super convenient and easy to get to and from the slopes each morning. Loved the hot tub in the living room!

An inviting and welcoming property if you’re looking to experience the beauty of Deer Valley. Close to skiing and just short drive to Park City. Check in process was seamless and management easily accessible. Lots of beautiful light and all the comforts of home. Ideal for a family getaway.

Great Location

We were two families that stayed here for President's Day weekend. The location is incredibly convenient (the DV Direct shuttle stops at the end of the driveway) and we had plenty of space. The condo had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and the host was very responsive. It was a great time!

Great Location

Loved the house, check in was a little wonky due to Sundance but once in the house was exactly what we expected. Close to Deer Valley and Park City which made skiing and dining super easy. Did not take the the free shuttle but were just a short walk away if we needed it. Would definitely stay here again.

Family/ski vacation

This place was just right for all nine of us: quiet, well-appointed, and perfectly located. We walked to Deer Valley skiing, took the handy bus to Park City skiing and town shops. Inside hot tub especially popular with tuckered out skiiers, as was the fireplace. We'd definitely come back.

Good place for the price

Very good value given the size of place. Pretty well stocked however definitely needs additional glassware including tumblers and proper wine glasses. Overall dishwareband cookware needs an upgrade.

Great location and great condo

We had a fabulous time end location of this condo is very convenient in City and also at the Steelers awards. It’s really easy to match the free Deer Valley shuttle over to the ski resort. Or if you want to drive it’s like a two minute drive. The hot tub was perfect and we loved that it was enclosed. Views are phenomenal. Homeplace was very clean and exactly as advertised. we would definitely come back and stay here again!

Great Ski Getaway

The unit's location is excellent for skiing Deer Valley and close proximity to Park City and the Canyons. Unit offers a two car garage, which was too small for our 8 passenger van, but few garages anywhere could accommodate that vehicle. This was our annual guy's ski trip, which the unit fulfilled perfectly, but the spaces would be excellent for a large family or extended group. The downstairs bunk room is a great separate space for older kids or teenagers to have their space with a couch and TV. The property manager, John, was very accommodating and easy to reach. Highly recommend.

Park City Condo

Overall fine but the hot tub is actually located in the family room and was in disrepair. Broken tiles and the water was a strange shade of green that kept us from using it. Property is advertised as on the Deer Valley Shuttle but in reality the distance required to walk to the shuttle stop is prohibitive with skis and gear. Also the fireplace was not working and our texts to the property manager regarding this went unanswered.
