Enjoy comfort and convenience in this cozy, modern 1,700 sq ft ground floor unit featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Relax with views of Georgian Bay. Google maps says our condo is a 10 minute drive to the Blue Mountain main parking lot.

All year around - Community center (3min drive - 15 min walk) has an indoor swimming pool with slide and hot tubs, workout room, games rooms, and outdoor kids playground.
An outdoor heated swimming pool is available from Victoria Day until Labour Day. The pool is a short walk down the driveway and across to the pool gate.
Lighthouse Point is a family friendly community. Well-behaved pets and their owners are also welcome.
This location is close to several grocery stores as well as other shopping including many great restaurants and a movie theater.

We are a retired couple from Canada and Denmark. We have liked traveling and staying in VRBO properties so we thought we would make our place available for others. The Municipality regulates short term rentals and the fine for less than 30 days is $2,000. Please do not ask if you can rent for less than 30 days.
Why they chose this property
Lighthouse has been a family friendly neighborhood that is also close to the restaurants, grocery stores, and boutique shopping. This has been our winter ski and summer vacation home since 2006. We love the tranquility here, the water views, the trails, and riding our bikes.
What makes this property unique
Ground floor makes easy access after a long day out with the kids. 50 feet from Georgian Bay. Beach access is 600 feet from the back door. Community swimming pool is less than 200 ft from the front door and can be seen from 3rd bedroom window (open Victoria Day to Labour Day)
